Actually, for 3D pilots, overpowered is the norm, although we never use that word. That plane had the power he needed to pull out. The thing that doomed him was not using proper throttle management comming out of the dive ;)
Gold!! Top marks for swimming out to it. ;-) I always wanted to try and touch the wheels of a flying model plane on the waters surface. Tried it once, not pretty. LOL

@PC9JEFF I here ya! We just made huge changes at last meeting, several people didn't fly last year because of the rules that were created on a daily basis without even voting on them just because they were outside of the flying skills of what you call FOGS. These people need a club of their own where they can just do there pattern flying and not worry about something new ever happening or new people joining. We are trying to get back to fun and get new people into the hobby and evolve.
Well at lest there was not a whole lot of damage to it from what i could see part from the elevator. When i seen the video i thought i was going to see it plow in to the water or something like that. Also i was wondering are some of these filled with foam to prevent them from sinking or would that cause problems?
