First of all this floor plan is awesome not too big not too small very well thought out and it’s got everything I’d want wow . I love the exterior of this Model home great mix of color and texture . One thing I don’t like in these new neighborhoods is that they don’t leave any trees or anything from the natural environment when developing. So everything is flat and bare and when the sea of homes is eventually finished being built it makes it look cheap even if the homes and yards are nice . If you go to actual high end neighborhoods / Gated communities like the ones in the Reserve at Lake Travis they left most of the natural environment and tons of trees throughout. Yes I get the lots are bigger out there I haven’t forgot but they could easily leave trees in the common areas like around the pool community entrance and perimeter of the neighborhood. To me in my humble opinion this makes it feel more exclusive and more private since you can’t just see everything from outside the neighborhood coming down the road. Very nice home though.
