It’s becoming increasingly popular. My next door neighbour knocked down the bungalow and built a huge modern house. Their kitchen is in the middle also. I can tell because they have HUGE windows lol
The only issue i have, its that the living room should be at the entrance. When you have people over you don’t want them sitting on the dining table or walking thru the kitchen to get to the loving room
Beautiful townhouse at $2,295,000. It is surrounded by other units at $995,000. I knew Toronto homes were expensive, but.... Still a beautiful townhouse.
@@keithbarry3050 Thank you so much for the information and the correction. Having only the public information supplied on a real estate website, it can be difficult for someone who lives so far away and is not knowledgeable about that market to make assumptions and/or mistakes. Thank you again.
@@keithbarry3050 I remodeled my bathroom for $5,000 which should have cost me $20,000 if I got someone else to do it, you get my point? If I built a house and built 4 bathrooms that's $20,0000 my cost and if I get someone else to do it, it $80,0000 for the four bathrooms.
Beautiful listing. Simple, bright, and crisp yet undeniably elegant. Videography is excellent too. I just wish someone narrated instead of that awful elevator music.
I was just viewing this lakeshore house the other day, and the realtor told me it's rich foreigners that run the market now ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1l1bCICmGdU.html
@@venomtang rich foreigners lol? If you mean Italians then yes, you're absolutely right. We built Toronto, the GTA, and the biggest building companies to this day (e.g., Green Park) are runned by Italians.
@@keithbarry3050 I was talking more north bound, out of the GTA. Unfortunately, anything south of Brampton is a write-off. Unless you are working downtown or bought property 15-25 years ago, it's a waste of money. All of these houses renovated in downtown were once small shacks. If you were to buy a shack in Orillia (with land which downtown Toronto doesn't offer) and pump $1M into renovations + an extension..... this house would be a joke
Beatiful design, I'd just redesign the wall by covering it with a large full bookshelf around the fireplace, it adds height and color to a pretty dull palette they got going on.
Googled the address and it listed a price of $2,295,000. Similar homes in the area were in the $995,000 range. You can learn a lot by just googling the address given.
