Welcome to our 36-minute Tabata HIIT Seated Chair Workout Challenge with fitness instructor Paul Eugene! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to be done entirely from a chair, making it perfect for all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility. Each cycle consists of 45 seconds of intense work followed by 15 seconds of rest, repeated for 6 cycles, followed by a 60-second rest.
