I do with and hope so much that many people who experience this brand new ride in person for real life will absolutely love it, unlike everyone who just saw it on RU-vid at home.
I don’t care what anybody says about this ride. This ride will the be the best, I saw the POV on RU-vid I loved it. Plus Tiana finally has her own ride in the parks and also give the ride a chance for gods sake.
I watched the video that Disney put out and I thought it was a boring ride mostly because of the story being kind of meh with no elements of suspense or drama. After watching your video however, and seeing it in 360 through a Quest 3 VR headset, the ride is actually not bad. There’s a lot of small set details throughout the ride that you’d only see in person and it kind of makes up for the average storyline. Thanks for making a 360 video for everyone to see what the ride is really like.
Disney of today, and the past couple decades, has all been about exploiting their various film and animation franchises which is why old rides have had Disney characters mashed into the experience in hopes of selling more merchandise. That's why there will be 800 related Star Wars films one day and 400 reboots and variations of Spiderman.
The eyes follow you as you pass it. Seems to be similar to the Haunted Mansion painting eyes and statue effect. If the log slowed down or stopped the eyes did too. He appears throughout the attraction just glaring as you go go by.
