Positive: Nice finishes and good attention to details. Well thought out layout, as it has continuity. Spacious interior unlike some new builds, garden is young enough to put some thought into personalised landscaping. Walk out finished basement is a bonus. To think about: For the area it's tad overpriced though you could probably pick up a house on the lake front and reno it to the same standard for the same price. Plus it's far from the go and the lot size is mostly taken up by house so you are close to your neighbours with little privacy.
not underwhelming, the lot is deep they went a bit too much overboard on the landscaping at the back, the walkout could have been smaller still room for a pool. lots of green-space maybe shortening the tandem garage on the rear in terms of landscaping would do the trick.
This house is so beautiful is made me get emotional lol. I would definitely fill out the rooms some more and maybe add an accent colour that pops throughout the house but overall this is a gorgeous design.
Yes sis! You can do anything to a house, I look at this place as a blank canvas. Do whatever you like to make it into YOUR cozy home. People kill me with the "bland" or "underwhelming" comments. When you move in the place doesn't come furnished! Unless you want to buy the staging furniture as well! Otherwise you decorate it how you see fit! Haha love you comment, and this house! 💕💕💕
I love this house it has everything I could ask for in a property, thank you birdhousemedia for your effort on posting these kinds of videos espicially this one. I really really loved the house, from its lot area, the structure, its modern design, open space and literally everything as in! Wow! love it so much! May I ask the price?
White walls, black windows & plenty of perimeter ceiling lights. But that same painting of the head of a giraffe I’ve seen in at least 5 houses now. 🦒🦒🦒🦒🦒🦒
I do not understand up scale housing in Canada, at least the part of Canada shown in this and similar videos. I know this as a rather snowy and cold area. I do live with in the same weather area. Why is it common practice, and this is done where I live also, to not cover outdoor stairs so as to reduce the snow removal? Other wise this house is nice but not elegant. It is an owner operated place. No way on the first floor to get away from kitchen noise.
The wall painting stage is so cheap as well as bedroom where staging company should pay more attention to the detail where give a wrong impression about the seller
