As an er nurse, u can personally tell you exactly how much that wouldn't work. Hospital ceo's aren't like your typical fortune 500 ceo. These guys actively visit ALL the Hospitals under the company label, take active part un the hiring and training of senior administrators as well as but limited to chief of medicine. He would also be the final say of any medical decision that meets certain criteria.(i.e senior resident and administrator head disagree over procedure) Not to mention that every ceo ever no matter the company meet with, visit, and personally know most if not all members of the medical board.( Kelso would be on there as well as cox, and jd when he was in charge of the losers brigade. In summary, there would be plenty of people who would not only recognize him, but know him personally so this myth is ➡️ BUSTED⬅️

David Honez it’s not based on a fallacy, though. JD finally admitted in the finale that he did drop a penny in the door. Janitor said he knew all along because he saw it happen, and tried to give JD a chance to admit it. Of course, Janitor is still crazy because he blew it WAY out of proportion, but he does at least have a real reason for his hatred.

David Honez it was the season 8 finale, considered by most fans to be the true series finale. There was a season 9, but it was more of a failed spinoff than a proper continuation.

Also, Scrubs was more medically accurate than those shows, when it comes to medical equipment in use.

Thats a myth. But what might be true is that Scrubs is the most accurate medical show in terms of how a hospital works. E.g. the diacritic methods used in "House, M.D." are extremly exaggerated for dramatic effect.

regrding scrubs accuracy it's likely in many ways more accurate than house and grey's anatomy, but you can still see things that makes no sense there. like a scene in which JD performs ultra sound for a patient while doctor cox and turk are also there. fun fact about doctors they are very busy, the likely of having 3 doctors with one of them a surgeon for a simple ultra sound is very unlikely. that being said, it is my understanding that even in 2019 people still use the same pager xD
