Hi love. Its my turn after you. I finally got positive pregnancy test with pcos after being on Metformin for 8 months. But im worried what is the next step to avoid miscarriage. As our condition is same would u mind sharing what diet you take ? Sending lots of love and prayers ♥️♥️

Congratulations! :) I wasn't on a special diet. I just ate as best I could and my doctor had me taking progesterone until I was 12 weeks. I hope this helps!

@@stephlcase did u take diary products ? I’m so confused some say it spikes insulin while other say its ok to drink milk🫠🫠

@@EshaNoman I do eat dairy! And I’ve always been ok with it. My blood sugar levels are good with whole milk, cheese, etc. but everyone’s bodies are different!
