(374) Amazing CUP BOTTOM acrylic pour painting ~ Step by step ~ Paint

Amazing step by step CUP BOTTOM reverse flower dip acrylic pour painting with fluorescent paints.
PROCESS:
Pour your base on canvas
Put your cup on the canvas with bottom up
Pour paints on the bottom and use pearl white or some metallic paints between each colour to create petal - lacing effect
Take off the cup
Use skewer to draw some petal shapes
Gently put paper napkin or towel on canvas ( You can use dry or damped napkin)
Lift one corner at the time and then gently lift it (the middle last)
Torch it for air bubbles and to activate pearl white and metallics
And here is your flower :)
TECHNIQUE: Reverse flower dip with paper napkin, Cup bottom pour
MATERIAL I USED:
10x10 inch canvas
Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
Flower shaped desert cup
Paper napkin or towel
Wooden skewer
Palete knife
Torch
COLOURS I USED:
Boesner black for the base coat
Arties colours dioxazine purple
Vallejo fluorescent violet
Vallejo fluorescent magenta
Vallejo fluorescent blue
Windsor&Newton process cyan
Pearl white
My pearl white mixture:
1 part Vallejo pearl medium
1 part titanium white
2 parts pouring medium
All my paints are mixed with Boesner Guardi acrylic binder and acrylic emulsion.

EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL!!! That is not a "flaw!" Rather it is an "original" piece of art, where no two canvas are the same....even if you do use the same colors, same techniques. Remember, if you wanted 'perfect'; you would go out and buy it!!!! If you want 'true art' then you create it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love your work.!! The world needs more beauty right now. Hi Fiona, I have been experimenting with paint pouring for about 6months now but find that I'm never really happy with my work because I struggle like you with being over critical, and of course as you know with pouring, so much of your result is uncontrollable. So sometimes when the colours I put together end up mixing not how I anticipated or a certain colour drowns out the others i get frustrated because trying to manipulate the pour can quite easily ruin the whole thing haha. Its all trial and error i know, but you have not only shown me an incredible way to pour in a way that still feeds my need for symmetry and order lol but still has the cells and kiss style elements that initially attracted me to this style of art. These beautiful, colourful blooms and even Mandala style pours are so beautiful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.💗 I have watched hundreds of utube vids on pouring and this is the first time I've seen something so beautiful that it has compelled me to make a comment. You are a true inspiration! Thanks again! Chanelle

I agree with other comments - the imperfections are what make each piece unique! If they were mathematically perfect, they would lose the organic nature of both the image and the artwork. Very beautiful!!
