@eastsideoffshore Thanks for the reply. If I ever pull the trigger on a boat, I'd want to retro the drives to Arnesons. Just wanted to make sure you can do the "speed limit" on plane and aerated props here in NH, when needed. Thanks again.
Arneson drives are straight shafts out of the transom with props on the end. They are lighter, will handle more power, faster and more durable than double 90* drives like Bravos and SSM drives. Great roost bro(also an Arneson trademark) what power in the boat?
Arneson comes with univeral joint shaft which just waiting to snap at high speed... they installed this at Malaysian Customs high speed patrol boat...they fail big time... cant reverse and drive snap while patroling at high speed what a shame...get the original surface drive from levi drive the original inventor of this kind of drive...
