Lance with Foxbody FX visits Foxes in the Forest a new Foxbody Mustang event hosted at National Parts Depot in Ocala, Florida and gets to ride in a 600 horsepower plus Foxbody Mustang built by Angel from South Florida. This Mustang has a push rod 393 stroker motor and a YSI Vortech supercharger and makes over 600 hp. The exhaust sounds incredible and you can always know its a Mustang because of it.

When I was 13, grade 8, my buddies older brothers had 5 liters. I fell in love with them back then, this would be 1998. I still remember the first time I rode in one. He had 2x12” subs in the back too. Those were the days.

Angel has one of the cleanest and nicest foxes out there. The paint is immaculate and being he did all this work himself is impressive. Super good dude too!

I had a 390 Big Block in my 1976 F250 trailer special.. Man That truck was nasty and sounded so good.. I had headers' and flowmaster exhaust..

Back in 1991, my brother bought a 1988 5.0 convertible that was originally THIS maroon color! He had a rear spoiler installed, had it painted deep forest green and put Dayton wire wheels on it!! The 5.0 in “Menace II Society” resembled my brothers car, but my bro had his done two years before the movie. Anyways, your Cobra is incredible!! Wow!! 👏💪👌🤘👍

Imagine the same vehicle with ported TFS-R heads or CHI 3V, 12.5:1 cr, and a nice cam between .600 and .700" on the lift and good duration. 600HP without boost.

An intercooled Ysi....150 minimum. It's on the street so build it with ALL the cubes you can. 440ci would have been the ticket. Today's manifolds fall short of exceptional. That's what made me throw an aluminum LS in my 93 Cobra. WAY lighter and 540rwhp NA from 5.3L.....🤷‍♂️

Your intake is a choke point. Put on another pick up a 100 hp. That upper is maxed on boosted 302
