I’m waiting on breast lump biopsy results this week and thank you so so much for these videos. I’m ready to face whatever is coming and your delivery of this subject is helping me understand current treatment and re-educating me. It’s nearly 30 years since my late mother had breast cancer. @KetovoreAnita I was diagnosed with cancer and have managed to stay upbeat and positive. Crying about it doesn't change what is happening and certainly doesn't decrease the tumour. I'm now 4 weeks post mastectomy and 4 weeks before chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Sad to be losing my long hair because it's how people recognise me. Just been for a wig fitting before I cut my hair short for the coming month to get used to short hair while I feel ok. I'll grade 2 clip it once chemo starts. I'm alive and don't feel ill, so one day at a time is my current motto 😀

@KetovoreAnita thank you for your kind words. No I wasn't, I was about couple of years into perimenopause, fairly manageable symptoms, so didn't get as far as needing it x

Agree a 10 or 20 year survival rate would be interesting. Just thinking, is the 5 year survival rate in breast cancer better because the survival clock usually starts earlier due to early detection?

The short 5-year survival rates as so simply because it costs more money to do research studies that are longer term.

Great video and, yes, once the word cancer is mentioned…there is fear. Looking forward to the next video on dietary options. 💕💕 I had a visit by one of my youngest sons friend who wanted to meet the mom. His parents drove him from NJ to see all his spread out family before he dies. He is 25 and after a year of surgery and chemo…they diagnosed it terminal. He apparently had the cancer as an infant until it reared its head in 2023. Docs first thought he had IBS-D. Not so. He is a sweet and precious young man and tells everyone he has had a great life.

Dr Taylor, I have some questions for your good attention: 1 What is the usual procedure before prescribing the HRT treatment? 2 More importantly, would it be effective to start, say, 10 to 12 years following the last menstruation? 3 Do you help menopausal women who reside in Europe?
