Dave , after watching your video I really want to buy a reno right away, it looks like it does the ultimate in belt drive and the price and work size is perfect .

Please, how fast can the maximum feed rate be set ? Can it handle milling in plastic at feed rate 4000mm/min ?

Hello Dave. Since this machine is a belt driven, do you it will cause loss of precision and not be able to provide enough torque. what are your thoughts? i remember Sainsmart has a costly version with lead screws.

Thank you for watching. I have had absolutely no problem running the projects I've done so far. It's all about keeping the proper belt tension and running the machine with the correct feed rate, depth of cut and spindle RPM. The same holds true for any CNC. Even with a bigger, stiffer CNC you have to run the right feed rate, depth of cut, and RPMs or you'll loose steps OR break the bit (the weak link).
