DH4012 is a double head 3D CNC wire bender, automatic and fully electric, specific for parts of medium and long length with several bends and a wire diameter up to 12 mm (.47”).
The capabilities of the 3D CNC wire bender DH4012 can be expanded to:
- Medium-long parts with many bends
- Symmetric parts and/or parts closed onto themselves
- Heating elements
- Parts with flexible or pre-welded parts
Twin rotating turrets and dedicated machine cycles allow a wide variety of bending techniques to be combined on the same piece:
- Bending on standard bushing
- Edge bending
- Strike bending
- Flexion-stretching bending
- Bending on double die
- Variable radius bending
