I've 3d printed couple of washers from petg for tuners to replace a broken original ones (the white, maybe nylon thing under the tuning peg) ...so far they work fine.

Curious what 3D you’re using and if you have a recommendation for a beginning printer

Mike, can you print me some machine head buttons for a 59 Levin acoustic ??? Man, they are IMPOSSIBLE to find. The parts you've made are brilliant and there is definitely a place for this technology in the guitar resto world 👍

I'm thinking of 3d printing that solid gibson tailpiece then electroplate it with nickel. What would be your opinion on that

It forces your hand to stay at the right place... Really? I am sure you know that there is no "right place" to pick. A Strat or a Tele with an arm cut will also help with this ;)
