Sometimes I get bored and make stupid stuff.
It has a garden hose thread for the charge pipe, 3/8 inch for the pressure pipe, and uses 5/8 inch viton rubber balls for the check valves. A standard soda bottle screws in to the top for a pressure chamber, and uses a couple o-rings to seal everything. All of the parts can be printed at once on an Elegoo Saturn, I used Siraya Fast resin, but any decently hard resin would work.

Nice! :) Going to make a bigger version now that you have established proof of concept? I found and old ram pump in our field when i was a kid and got it running again to supply water to a pond uphill... then as a high school project built another one out of plastic pipe "welded" together with a soldering iron, plus some steel parts. Thought just now that it would be fun to try 3D printing one and found your video.

Yep! It will probably end up as a total redesign so it can be printed on an FDM machine as well. The valving works, but I think 3d printing the valves and using an o-ring as the seal should be doable. Another thing wrong with it is the delivery pipe is just too small. its about 1/8" ID. 3/8" would have been much better. if it had a more rigid charge pipe and a larger delivery pipe I bet it would pump a lot more water than it does now. As is, it pumps about 20 gallons per day with 17 feet of head.
