Making adapters for the follower die is pretty clever. I built a tube bender in my garage and only purchased one 1 5/8" die set. I think I'll try your idea. I'm currently trying to figure out how to make a mandrel for it. Might use a piece of cable and some delran or more simple straight mandrel. Still experimenting.
Give it up for the small Venn diagram sliver of people who both a) 3d print and b) know that tube bending is not as straightforward as it might seem! This rules
If you haven't, you should drill a hole in the side of those vertical tubes to let the water out. Another option would have been to weld a small piece of pipe through the bottom square tube under that vertical piece for a drain. Nice job on the dies and the rack. I'd also like to see the plans for the bender.
Just watched this video and your 1" round 180 degree bender video. Is the 3D printed part for the square die one piece? I was curious why the 3D part for the round die was made in two halves instead of one?
