Absolutely incredible job on the arms! They look great. Disappointed on how bad Hasbro dropped the ball with the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Peter Marvel Legends figure.
@@CraftyGecko No problem. I was hoping to see Hasbro put the same level of effort as they did with the Miles figure. It's super disappointing for me because I love the advanced suit 2.0. So much better than the first advanced suit in my opinion.
I get quite excited when you post a video 😅. You're becoming one of my favourite customisers. I've followed your etsy. These waldows are fantastic. I would love to see you tackle a set of articulated claws for Doc Oc .... I'd buy in a heartbeat !! 👏👏😎.
Awesome! I did this too but I used some spare waldos from a broken figuarts, when you repaint the blue be really carefull around the back logo, I found it really hard to paint around
Honestly if you can afford to get a printer then go for it, but if you don't have much experience 3d modelling don't expect to be making complex parts, that was a mistake I made when I started
This is just beautiful! Makes this figure so much better. Do you plan on selling the Spider Legs as well? And you said your gonna repaint the figure are you gonna make it accurate to the game? By adding the blue lines on the torso?
Are you planning on repainting the advanced suit 2.0 cause the suit is missing two lines that is in the upper torso like a blue line I don't how to describe it but you can search up the suit and compare it to the fig to the game model
Dude, my jaw literally dropped when I saw them chromed. Would have definitely wanted something like this if I cared to buy the actual figure. I honestly think a repaint and maybe a new head sculpt (having seen some of your other work) would give this figure an entire new feel.
Thank you so much! I would love to try another headsculpt, just not sure I'll have time to do it with all the other work but I really appreciate your support!
Resin printers aren't the best for ball joints because stamdard resisns can wear down quickly, that being said, 0.3mm is the tolerance I tend to use. If the ball is 5mm, the socket should be 5.3mm. Same rule applies for pegs and connections. Socket wise, you want it to come just past the widest part of the ball, that way it's a solid hold but can be popped in and out easily. I also put cuts in sockets sometimes so the resin has enough flex to take the ball. I hope this helps!
Great job on the custom! But, to be honest, NOTHING is saving this figure man, Marvel Legends literally created the PERFECT PS5 Miles figure, thats this figure just looks out of place next to him
Hey is it possible if you could work something out similar to this for the MCU Iron Spider , i had the 2 pack one but it was flimsy and broke too P.s. do make a community post about this iron arms when they out for sale ,coz these r lit
Thank you! Unfortunately I won't be selling my files anymore as another customiser has bought my files and sold them off as his own, such a shame that the greed of one person has ruined it for everyone else
Its such a shame, I liked being able to give people the files for much cheaper than the actual items to help the community out, some of my files even used to be free
@@CraftyGecko Ah sorry, I thought you used a different type of resin to print the joints. So did you have to buy the joints and if yes where can you get some?
The sad part about this is people LIKE EVERY PERSON DOES THIS WAY BETTER THAN HASBRO. Hasbro you need to step up its sad that we have to watch SOMEONE REDO YOURE MISTAKES. But overall this is a good video!
