Hello, you can wait for the clay to dry a little bit before you on mould it so the clay can keep it shape and won't be so flimsy. or you can put Vasoline or flour into the mould and just take it out very delicately. But the clay still very soft and very flimsy after you take it out of the mould but that works very well if you want to mould the body into a certain pose. What a problem I noticed is when I take the clay out of the mould and I have shaped the body into the pose I wanted. I have to let it dry and sometimes I get flat bits from gravity and my desk letting it dry 😒. So letting it dry and the mould is probably the best idea so you won't get flat bit from the clay drying on your desk but it's easier to work with when it's flimsy when it's right out of the mould. So what I'm saying here it's up to you how you want to use the clay and the mould. And also what type of clay you're using also has an impact on it too. It also might take longer to dry in the mould. @@Firegirlable Hello 👋, yes it does work with air dry clay. I know from personal experience. I do use two different types of clay. I use the very soft and very light clay. I don’t know its name I’m sorry. And it also works very well with the very much heavier type of air dry clay. That Harden is more like a solid and heavier piece. I use both of those type of clay in my own artwork and I’ve tested it on this actual mould. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Oh, one more thing which ever air dry clay you’re using remember to have Vaseline or flower or clay or a little bit of water because the clay will actually stick into the mould a little bit. It will be very hard to get the pieces out. Just a little note.
