So i bought and I dont know how to put the design on the actual shirt/sweater? (I bought the oversized hoodie) Do I need to go into the actual file and import it there or something? Edit: Nevermind! I figured out it automatically imports

Use UV_Source in any graphics editor as an area for your design. Save this file as a .png with only one layer - your design with transparent background; in Blender in the “Design Image”, set the path to your .png file. Done!

You can insert your design directly into the .psd file in the archive. If you don't have a Photoshop, you can open UV_source in any graphics editor, use it as a pattern, and place your design on a new layer.

It's hard to give a definitive answer. Everything depends on the CPU/GPU power and rendering settings: resolution, the number of samples per frame etc.
