Your signs look so incredible people will undoubtedly think it was done with a CNC. They look wonderful. I did see four problems though. San Francisco! Denver, Cleveland and Miami. Seriously? LOL!!
Before you paint MDF, put a coat of 50% water and 50% glue mix, It will seal the MDF and the paint will turn out much better by not soaking into the MDF, giving a much better finish on your projects. Hope this helps
I have been making plaques like these but completely routed. I think i may use scroll saw. Most have tutrned out well,but, anything with letters example Steelers ,turn out terrible!
