Serious what will it take to get a range day?😮 I do gunsmiting for close friend and thus sh!t begets the helloitta most things a git to use/test/play with😢😮 I'd trade a wife for some of this hardware🎉😊
The aft has no legal standing it's an organization not a department of the government it's not allowed by the Constitution to do anything meaning all the law's aren't laws cause they didn't get passed through the whole legal process to become a law
@@Baguette-cg9xc No, the infamous ATF (bureau of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms) hates gun owners and specifically full auto guns. Look at California and their gun laws, I'm sure the ATF had a hand in them.
The WW2 1895 nagant revolver is the only revolver in existence really that can be suppressed...but it's a very old design with a weak feeling caliber that hasn't been made in several decades.... sometimes you see it on gun broker
@@nickgedevan7462The cartridges are very rare, the revolver is rare, it has long been written off and either melted down, or made a blank version of the Revolver.
@@nickgedevan7462 generally revolvers can't be suppressed because of leaking gas pressure in the cylinder to barrel gap ...but the 1895 nagant is unique in that the cylinder moves forward when the hammer is cocked creating a gas seal between the cylinder gap and barrel...but the cartridge is also unique in that the bullet is recessed inside the casing and is crimped to a shoulder at the end ... When the cylinder moves forward this crimp shoulder meets against the end of the barrel thus giving it a gas seal when the bullet passes through...to suppress a firearm effectively you must prevent the gunpowder gas from escaping and the bullet itself must be moving less than 1000 ft per second (sub sonic ammunition). The reason a firearm is so loud it that a bullet literally breaks the sound barrier and creates a sonic boom...the crack from a gunshot is this sonic boom that you hear. By slowing the projectile down below the speed of sound and preventing the gases from escaping you can create a "mostly silent" gunshot... professional assassins and military special ops find this useful on special missions where stealth is the name of the game...but it also benefits you hearing greatly and can be used indoors without the deafening ringing and damage in your ears...home defense comes to mind 👍...I just looked on gun broker for this and they are available in various conditions and I do know that privi partisan still make ammo for it...but obtaining a proper suppressor is an ATF license venture and you would need a gunsmith to install it maybe...the 1895 nagant was first made in 1895 and served through 2 world wars with the Russian army and is still issued in some instances to Russian personnel
@F.B.I quite honestly...yes. you even saw it working, and said. Nope. There are a FEE revolvers designed to work with suppressors, by pushing the cylinder forward during the firing process, it creates a gas seal.
dang, flamethrowers are super efficient, no wonder they used the crap out of these during WW2. Also, thank god that they are considered war crimes now lmfao
Short version: the cylinder moves a bit into the forcing cone so that there is a gas seal - unlike our American revolvers. So, it actually does suppress quite well.
this is pretty cheap as ammunition goes lol, think about literal explosives being perfectly made so they don't blow up in your face. It's a marvel of engineering, and somehow it's not crazy expensive
@@sarkaranish I know, its crazy, just for the prject of one plane, gun, or even nuclear weapons cost a whole much, for their production even more, and even more on people that trained for using that specific weapon, a well known example is the B2, that thing is so much expensive and somehow it doent add much on the belical power lol
@@sarkaranish While it's true that ammunition is an engineering marvel, I can't help but think about what it used to cost before this decade. You could buy a box of almost every caliber off the shelves for nearly half the price or less compared to today's prices. Don't even get me started on the absolutely absurd skyrocket of the prices of reloading components. In 2019 you could easily buy a brick of 1000 primers for 35 dollars. Then, from 2021 onward, you can't find them for less than 95 dollars. That's nearly triple the cost in a span of less than two years! Like WTF!!!!! All because of covid!
The revolver of the Nagant system presses the revolver drum against the barrel before firing - there is a kind of shutter, so the powder gases fly out strictly from the barrel.
@@Mr.Thermistor7228 another way is counting the rounds before firing, then just edit a counter that starts at 0 when firing, then stops at the end of firing at the total amount of dollars spent on the certain amount of rounds fired.
It is a nagant m1985. It uses unique ammo where the case actually extends past the bullet, and the cylinder moves forward on the trigger pull, causing the ammo to seal with the barrel, allowing it to be surpressed.
@@lukekalisz1817 *M1895, which is the year it entered service. It's funny how many firearms from the 19th century served in both world wars and then some.
A silencer was indeed placed on the revolver of the Nagant system. Soviet saboteurs used such weapons behind enemy lines during the Great Patriotic War
It’s a Nagant lol. One of the few revolvers in the world that can be suppressed because the cylinder is pushed up during firing to seal the chamber with the barrel.
Plenty of kids grow up knowing how to hunt and use firearms and don't become psychopaths. Hunting animals doesn't make you a psychopath, being a psychopath makes you a psychopath.
@@magenstaffarts I like how you tried to call them out for playing fortnite (who gives a fuck regardless) whilst confirming your first thought of a game with a deagle in it is fortnite 💀
Not completely sure but I think it was a nagant, it has a system that allows it to be silenced by pushing the cylinder towards the bore to create a gas seal.
It's an old Russian Nagant revolver, it operates by sealing the chamber with the actual cartridge, thus no gas exist the side of the cylinder(as in most revolvers), making it possible to suppress. It's quite a unique gun in that sense
