I think it’s so cute when kids have colored braids. I wish colored hair was around when I was young. I dyed my hair so much. Too darn much. lol BEAUTIFUL WORK!!
I remember when I was coming up my mom said colored hair wasn’t for little girls. Only for older teenagers or adults. Back in those days you would get judged for stuff like that. They called it punk rock hair 😭
Testimony I found this channel while trying to learn how to braid my teenage daughter’s hair. Now, I am inspired to make some extra money to help support my household. You have been such a blessing to learn more and not be idle with my time. Xoxo ❤️🙏🏽
I have the same inspiration. I have two girls with thick natural hair. 7 and 8 y/o. I can’t depend on others to do their hair and it’s gets very expensive. So I had to learn how to do it myself. This channel has opened a new world for me and hopefully I will get good enough so that I can teach my daughters how to do it. They can use it a career or a side hustle. Thank you so much because you have inspired me to do more. 🙂😃😀
Thank you so much! I'm a self taught braider since I was a little girl and recently want to start my own braiding business. Thanks to your videos I feel confident and have become polished enough to start this business. God bless you, your family, and your business(s)!
Hey, I just wanted to thank you for your AMAZING video tutorials. Im the mom of a mixed little almost 9 yo and have had so many problems learning what to do for her hair. Watching your videos ive been able to learn how to braid for protective styling and she loves having long hair.
I'm so glad I've found your channel, I wanted to learn how to braid my mama's hair since shes got coils. You also taught me that I can also get braids! Imma try to match with her😊
My 12yo daughter likes short braids, maybe shoulder length. How can I get the ombré look at that short length? I know I can’t buy ombré hair that short... Also, her hair is extremely silky; is the add-in method good to secure the braids at the roots? Thanks a million; I am binge watching your videos, especially your ‘school’ and [daughter’s] hair!!
Can you do a videos on the different ways to braids, like overhand and underhand? I’m not sure which way I braid and tend to confuse myself and I think I end up switching between the two since I start one way and end up a different way making the braids look sloppy. I start off as if I’m corn rowing and then when I try to flip it over to continue as a regular braid I think that’s when I braid differently if that makes sense. I’m not sure how to consistently braid it so that each part goes to its intended spot and I lose myself midway.
Under hand braid is a visible braid and over hand braiding is invisible braid. You can see the detail of the braid better with underhand braiding like a cornrow braid versus over hand like a french braid.
Hi everyone! For anyone who has that revlon blowdryer, how are y'all cleaning it? So far I've been using a q-tip dipped in alcohol but it's so tedious. Any of your methods appreciated, thanks!
I love your videos, with so many hair videos out here it becomes too much for people to get ideas and inspiration. Thanks for taking the time to show everything in great detail. Please don't change the way you do things.I subscribed to your channel because you TEACH in your videos and I have learned alot. I applaud you.Thank you!
Love your videos..thanks I feel I my be able to feedin in someone else head.....my head is another story...but I know you understand that. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I guess what confuses me most is how do you know what size to separate the hair? My hair is fine and I don't want to attach too much hair but I also want the braids to have some fullness so it isn't plastered to my head.
Unfortunately I don’t do relaxers and perms but I can provide tips on how to work with relaxed hair. Maybe we can bring in some outside counsel for that talk 🤔.
