Jay did it way better. It just sucks to know that someone else did it before him but it don't matter cuz I think this song sucks. And I love reasonable doubt.
I really don't think they can be compared. I mean Serch had that playful vibe like he could spit on any song and he was just having fun. Pete he was serious and seemed more the ladies man. His flow wasn't as loose or fun but he had the style that went opposite Serch and yet still managed to compliment it well
Yeah the song fucking sucks. I like hip hop from this era too. It was my time but not this song. Also I think the movie sucked too I saw it in the theaters. At first I thought it was going to be a good flick in the beginning, reminding me of Juice a little bit. Then you start to realize the shit that goes on this movie would never happen. Especially high school kids that look like they are in their mid 20s and every single one of them is in an underground boxing League that no one raids and it's the size of a fucking high school. gymnasium packed with people betting and gambling. It's just lame.
