Good news. I did get the depression relief ~30 hours post infusion. Weird timing but it did happen. I also feel that this relief is another 10-20% better than the last infusion. Regardless, it's still good to get the information out about the correlation between anxiety and depression relief.

I have severe anxiety disorders(and cptsd, dpdr, depression, probably Chemical imbalance too) and I don’t know what to do when I don’t want to take anti-depressant! I’m suffering severely 24/7 and don’t know what to do. I have my first ketamine consultation next weak and gonna use all my savings on this. But I’m scared it won’t work or even last 😰😩.
Well it works in 80% or so of people I think so statistics are on your side. Everyone always says "the work comes after the ketamine," so I guess just be aware that it might not magically fix your life. You'll likely need internal changes. @@mentalhealthdiaries3494 I did my first infusion and it reduced some of the symptoms the same day, but the day after I got bombarded with severe dpdr/dissociation and anxiety..
My third treatment is this Friday. I haven't experienced anxiety after the treatments, but had terrible anxiety during my first treatment. That didn't happen after my second treatment. I've noticed some mild improvements here and there, but nothing major so far.
yea so I actually read further into the study and found that people (like yourself) who experience anxiety during the treatment are what the study was referring to. So you might be less likely to see results than others. Regardless, people see improvements at different rates with ketamine. So I hope you see major improvements soon. I'm having my 4th on tuesday. I've also seen mild improvements here and there but nothing really worth talking about.
