The man did a lot of sfx for big movies like X-Men, Hulk, Alien vs Predator. A long time friend of Alexis. Matthew Charles Santoro. His last big thing was the movie Higher Power, that he wrote and directed ; the movie was very boring, but the sfx are excellent.
@@StalePorkchop I didn't know who he was either, I also did a little research. Indeed, the result is impressive. I hope they will work together again, because they visibly understood each other very well.
It's been awhile since I heard metal that sounded like this. Reminds me of the Rob Zombie/Korn/Powerman 5000/Static X era with a modern touch. This is some good shit.
@@jessj.j.french7482 Son, I've likely been listing to this kind of music before you've been born. I was simply saying it needs a bigger audience because... well look at the views.
This song is exactly what it supposed to be. Idk how else to describe it. It perfectly synchronizes it’s concepts to its technical execution. America at the moment feels like industrial sludge, it feels exactly like this. Idk. It feels distorted and grungey and techy and dark. This song perfectly encapsulates the spirit of a generation.
@@M.A.R.S. Electronic isn't a genre, and this sure as shit isn't grunge. Industrial metal/rock 101 right here. Industrial metal is literally heavy metal with electronics if put simply, there's other elements too but this definitely leans that way.
Lyrics Loyal like a dog Chained upon the fence False sense of ownership as We’re guarding its contents Feed me just enough That I’ll never need a cage Use your sleight of hand As you redirect my rage Instinctual offense Trained from an early age Keep your fucking distance Don’t you question what we say One great hole Decomposing Layers of souls Processed control American Landfill Processing control Augments your soul Algorithmic spies Sifting digital decay Devour data tribes Like a silicon buffet Trap your soul in the sky The technocratic way Entertainment weaponized For infinite sedate The camps decentralized So you never concentrate Fixed on the shiny prize That’s blinding to your fate One great hole Decomposing Layers of souls Processed control American Landfill Processing control Augments your soul Processing control American Landfill American Landfill
Mick Gordon just got screwed by Bethesda. American landfill is accurate. A landfill of washed up celebrities, tired and depressed workers, and minorities.
@@AngelsofDeathAirsoft I think this was more a fluke. I'm still getting makeup tutorials in my home tab even though I've never watched one in my entire life.
i do lol. specifically the production is clean and refined, but the song itself is raw and heavy. it sounds really clear in my home studio sonically but still makes me headbang and groove hard.
There's nothing "punk" about this. Everything about this band's sound, style and video is contrived, clean and produced. Punk is raw and dirty through and through. Any band that makes a video with green screened CGI in it cannot be considered punk. This is far more related to Industrial Nu-Metal.
Atari Teenage Riot with the Virus vids was very punk. But yes, there is no punk vibe here, it's very clearly cyberpunk, and the guitars are Metal, not Punk.
I think punk as you who responded are referring too is like the clash, sex pistols, etc and those they influenced, that sorta genre. However I believe Hugo is referring to "Cyberpunk" as in the general perception of what rebellious youth in a dystopian future would listen to. Simply search for Cyberpunk on RU-vid and you will get the idea of what, I believe, he means. And yes I agree, more heavy riffs with cyber beats and synths.
This is the best industrial music I've heard since the 90's and thats saying alot, because theres plenty of groups that consider themselves industrial, that released albums from 1999-2020

@@casualcadaver No, and I'm not deaf either. This is some poser Hot Topic level mallcore. I'd love to know what 90's industrial bands this crap reminds you of. Ugh.
Still listening to this song most days despite only finding out about the band a month ago. An absolute travesty this track has under 400k views. It should be in the millions for me. I love the video too
Jesus fucking christ was that heavy!! Even if you cant clearly hear the lyrics you dont need to. 3TEETH is officially the most industrious, heaviest act on the planet and I want MORE! My first taste was Atrophy and I've been in love with it all since.

I didn't noticed it before reading your comment. Huge Coal Chamber vibes ! It's as if it was Dez singing on the whole track, featuring Alexis in a '' Chamber Music '' vocal-effect style.
Dark and awesome!!! Wish I could get some meaning out of what the video stands for or the song.. add a comment if you got anything to say please.. explanation of the song and music video needed please
