Defensive is good bro... hard defending can leak goals in my opinion... and there is a reason why i didn’t mention hard attack and hard defence... yes when used righttt it can give you an edge... like if you want to defend a golden goal ... In the last 10 minutes of the game then you can use hard defending,, or if you want to say score a golden goal in the last 10 minutes then you can use hard attack.... that’s how I see it... for regular play its best to use one of three mentalities

Use low against small team who you know your players can regain ball possession one you lose it Use high press against teams of your level or higher to prevent them from creating goal scoring chances and to regain ball possession quicker

Divide the two halfs... the defending half is low, the attacking half is high...

sure bro,,, in one of my videos with the title football positions ive explained it clearly... but briefly when you place a DL or a DE below the DC line the become full backs or center wingers... when you place DL DR above dc line they become wing backs... a detailed explanation is given on the video i mentioned
