I would love to see a “grocery shop with me” video. Also, someone else suggested a video on budget planning. And i think that’s also a good idea. I’ve been trying to pay some big things off to really get a vacation fund built up for me and my husband, but we also just moved from a studio apartment (literally a garage that was converted into an apartment) into our first home. It’s not huge (we didn’t want a lot of space and we wanted an easy home to take care of that didn’t break our budget) but it’s also a lot more space than we had so we are trying to get the furniture we need (I.e. dining table, book shelves, guest bed, getting our garden started) Sometimes I feel like I’m doing a great job budgeting and sometimes I feel like I could be doing better.
18 min! c: I love your comprised editing, like getting right to the point :p I understand that you may don't want to film your evenings but, if you'd like to, I'd be interested in hearing a chat or something about how you spend them. :)
you are super adorable. I have commented before but I just finished my first month off the pill and doing FAM as a method of birth control and I cant thank you enough.
Including those short little snippets of your Friday morning, probably just to make us smile - one of the many reasons I genuinely like watching your vlogs! :)) (btw do you still do those very early bookclub meetings? I found that love for books (getting out of bed for it so early) mind blowing!^^) Greetings from faraway Austria :))
hey victoria, if you haven't already, it might be worth checking out CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). You can get little self help workbooks and there's plenty of websites. Or go to a therapist but that costs money. CBT changed my life anxiety wise. There's a list of 'distorted thinking' online which you may relate to. Search it in google images maybe. I love CBT and wish they taught it in schools x
Love your lifestyle and personality! I’m from Santa Monica and used to be a coffee addict, but now I can only have one cup a day or I eye anxiety. Maybe the coffee is giving you anxiety? You said you had a wave of it after you made more coffee.
Sorry about those anxiety attacks I know it hits me hard when I have too much coffee or sugar...thanks for making these vlogs its inspiring to watch you work and do your thang!
I stopped drinking coffee in February and noticed an improvement in anxiety and sleep quality. So you might want to check if cutting out coffee for a while helps reduce anxiety. I've hoarded a lot of herbal teas to substitute, and peppermint is an absolute fave. Hope you'll feel better.
Hi Victoria 💛💐, I wanted to message you wanting to recomend you a video idea. I know that you’re a big influencer to young girls and even older people that follow you. But I couldn’t but wonder, since you live a lifestyle through the internet and live a luxurious life, i was wondering if maybe by chance you can teach us your ways through living. Such as, how do you save, what apps do you use through your phone, any tips or anything that revolves around saving and investing.
I get anxiety for the exact same reasons. I'm designing a show this week and I have been dreading it for some reason. I might try what you suggested of writing stuff down.
I was shivering with anxiety for many years , I cured my anxiety after smoking cannabis indica ,but my anxiety came back after I smoked cannabis sativa a few years later. Then I had to be hospitalized it was very very difficult. Then I found out light beer can help me control my anxiety. Now I drink a beer every two Weeks and my anxiety has reduced. But cannabis indica is the best medicine for anxiety,it is difficult to get good indica strains these days.
Two things that cured my anxiety and protect me from cold/flu: 1) Quitting vegetarianism and eating a very meat focused diet (haha, controversial to post, especially here) 2) Quitting coffee I had already quit sugar and processed foods years ago. These are the only two things that made a difference. The "plant-based" diet Victoria loves to preach was pretty rough on me. My body and mind didn't sort itself out until I introduced meat and eggs.
Very interesting, thanks for sharing! I cut out caffeine this past December and noticed a difference in my sleep most of all. I stopped eating meat back in the day because it caused a lot of digestive issues as well as other problems for me. I'm a supporter of whatever works best for you!
