PND and anxiety is no joke. I think you should be really proud of yourself for being honest and sharing, it helped me feel less alone and I appreciate that.

Hi Victoria, I just found your channels and I’m a new subscriber to both. It made me so happy to see other people also take 10,000IU vit D3. I love the NOW brand too! My dad is a really smart MD (top of his medical school class) and he told me about taking that vitD3, Lysine, and vitamin C and that’s my trilogy now for beating sickness! I also want to encourage you to look for alternative medicine options for treating your depression. I went to my dad wanting antidepressants 7 years ago and he told me that they permanently change your brain. I always like to tell people this because I wonder how many people don’t know this and haven’t been as blessed as me as to have my dad to tell me. I chose to use 5HTP, exercise, and diet to help me. Those things definitely helped but nothing totally takes care of it…not even antidepressants from what I’ve witnessed from people I know who are on them. For me, I gave my life to Jesus (I was born again) and realized that life is SO much better and more beautiful than I could have imagined and time with God in prayer time has been the key to everything. We are made to love Him and nothing (our spouse or children) is made to satisfy that God-shaped hole in our hearts. We can’t even love our husbands, ourselves, or anyone else on our own. It has to be HIS love flowing through us and this can only happen by His power when we turn our lives over to Him. Much love and care to you and your family💗🙏❤️
