Everything about this house is awesome. What I felt was the kitchen is not so apt for such a luxurious house. Storage facilities are also not up to the mark. Otherwise it is nothing less than a palace

Dear house looks good but cinematic ; following are the issue what I feel . 1. Rate is too high . 2. Kitchen is small . 3. Bed room cabinets will not be sufficient in future if you have 2 kids . 4. Lot of space is waster in ground floor parking and in first floor balcony. 5. Pooja unit is very small .
Please write down the land total length and breath area and build up area in description, it is missing all your videos. It will really more informative and useful. Please do so.

Very nice house. Considering all the given dimensions in the description, total construction square feet comes around 1750 sq feet only. I think u have left the dimensions of balcony,headroom, bathrooms,etc... but total square feet u have mentioned as 2700 sq feet..if possible give us the exact dimensions in the description
I have seen many of your videos even for a small house you will provide so many details but for this wonderful home you have missed detailing much... I expected more particularly for this home! Really a great home to live.. only thing I didn't like is kitchen

Very less kitchen work, low quality and price Windows and Doors,.. 2600sq * 2000rs(per/sft) - 52 Lakhs (complete price for finishing). so land area cost is 1.23 crore ???? 1.23 cr/4.25 cent = 29 lakh/per cent ah.. adeiiii vera level profit la sell panringada... nalla varuvinga.

I am gonna close it for 65 Lakhs with complete branded materials and furnishing more than this home ... so i know very well what the orginal cost would be... its purely overpriced and selling it will huge profit.
Congrts sir.Nice to see now,but after 10yrs this dream house will not be like.Iam experiencing with dust collecting on the false sealing,cupboards need to repair frequently,wooden structures too difficult to keep clean.painting will cost in lakhs.Better hv big garden,big pooja room to sitdown for praying and tiles over the walls so that v cn relax after 50s.
