I REALLY like that home, the ONLY downside is, not venting the kitchen stove and not bringing shower tiles to ceiling but easy to fix, however, the deal breaker is the highway noise.

Thanks for the feedback! You can add the venting and the tile and there's also lots that are more inside the neighborhood so don't have to worry about the highway noise with those.

Hey Marlon. Like the front elevation. Agreed. The brick paved driveway is nice. Deep entry. Big front bath and bedroom. Interesting having the air handler in the foyer. Beautiful open concept. Large dining section. Great kitchen. The fridge placement questionable. Wondering how wide the fridge side door can open and if the handle would scuff the wall? Oh yes. See where a breakfast nook would comfortably fit. Covered side fenced lanai and good space for a pool. Yes Marlon. Like how the beds and bathroom ( like the color scheme) sets back. Laundry nice. A little exact in size. Appreciate the cabinets. A sink would’ve been nice. Nice tucked private primary. Cozy en-suite. Nicely tiled shower. Good size closet but no linen closet. All in all a lovely layout/floor plan. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
