I have been practicing this and I cant believe how much its helping my shoulders and neck. Since I was in a serious car accident 6years ago, I broke my back and got a brain injury. Doing poi is helping my brain and my spine. It is a wonderful form of art and exercise. I’ve been watching your channel for six years now. After the accident my friend made me a set of poi to help me recover mentally and physically. Its saving my life to this very day and I love your videos! You’re the best teacher❤️thankyou for six years of hope. Keep making videos and keep well. Im glad you’re still able to get outside😉Are you in Canada? Im in Oregon

Hi! I'm glad to hear poi is helping you! I shot these videos a few years ago. Currently I'm in lockdown in Vancouver and can't do much outside.

playpoi I can’t believe I was right! I have a friend who lives in Vancouver so I’m not surprised you are from there. I’m sorry you guys are in lockdown. We are sheltering in place here. I hope you are at least able to practice somewhere. The ceilings in my house are not high enough personally😂I’m glad you’re still making videos! Hang in there!
