Yes. Thank you poi master. This is super helpful. Even though I have been playing poi for years, I know there are gaps in my knowledge. It's always good to break it down and really study principles like this. The doors which open as a result are endless! Arigato, Sensei
Wow! Just learned the Mercedes a week ago and now your moves blow my mind....I'm adding them to my daily regimen :) As sloppy as I am - I performed in front of my brother and his girl. They were both "WoW!" - that does not say much. They have never seen poi before. My brother's girl want's to learn it. I'm gonna buy your beginners class for her as a birthday present. Do you you have any props for sale? Might end up buying them too.... :) Thank you Nick!
Hey nick I got question about waist wraps. I learnt them a few years ago but stopped spinning for a while and now after spinning again I picked up a bad habit. When I'm wrapping around my left side which so reverse weave I'm leaning back which is bad as the poi swing toward my face. Have got ideas to break out of this habit??? I tried leaving it for a while to break muscle memory but to no avail. I think its a 4 beat wrap? And I'm going into the wrap from a 3 beat
