Brentilda was just entering the nether at 2:54 in his 9 minute run. At the same time in this run, Crookst was already pearling to the fortress after getting everything he needed from the Bastion. The potential of this category is still so untapped, and I can't wait to see Crookst and others completely destroy it.
Please, please, don’t be discouraged from this. You played this insanely well, and got blind WR. Considering how cracked you are it’s only a matter of time. I’ve switched my opinion. You’re the most likely top runner to get WR next after Fein, Reign, Ninja, and Fe. My subscriptio
Crookst was out of a bastion 1:26 after entering the nether. Combine it with dolphqn's 29 second fortress split, you get a total nether split of 1:55. 50 second zero cycle, 45 second enter with everything, 10 second portal room, equates to the fastest possible WR of 3:40 seconds. Possible, but not feasible. Feasibly you can get: 1:20 nether enter 1:30 bastion split 30 seconds fortress split 25 seconds blind calculated 35 seconds travel time + portal build 20 second preemptive 20 second zero setup 50 second zero + 30 second (misplays, portal load, travel, pearl throw, etc) ------------- 6:20 is the RSG limit!
The RSG limit is more like a high 7:XX. Take a 5:30 blind with 20 obby, mixed with cube’s endgame, entering end at 6:30, then a decent end fight would give 7:45. People will give up and the category will die far before what you just said lol
@@rowanmccullough3654 Well sub 8 is very possible, and it’s not even that it’s difficult, it’s just that we haven’t had the RNG for it. Runners are more than skilled enough for sub 8. Semperz former blind WR was the closest we got so far, then we have Dylan’s 6:35 stronghold enter, and we have Crookst 9:44 6 minute dig down. That can absolutely be cut down to 5 minutes, and an ocean exposed stronghold would make it so you don’t have those extra seconds wasted on nav. 6:20 is still the limit, but it’ll take a while before we get there. Sub 8 is possible right now with the right seed and RNG.
@@rowanmccullough3654 5:30 is not the fastest blind possible though. someone could blind at 4:30 even with perfect rates and their first portal could land them in or very close to the stronghold. obviously this isn’t very likely, but could happen. add one minute to get in end, plus 1:10 zero cycle, you get 6:30 ish.
@@platinumcomplex1335 dylans 6:3x stronghold was 300 blocks ocean exposed. reign also once spawned 30 blocks away from the stronghold at 5:5x but threw it because of 20 obi since he was caved.
@@thevrocko7483 oh wait yeah dylan, still only 1 in nearly 60 sub 6 blinds. reign's run would've been slow anyways since if you dig up on that low a cave you reach surface like 6:30
dude this man is absolutely insane at this game, he is changing his piedar and task overlapping like 3 things in the bastion and doing so much 5head shit that my small brain cannot comprehend how you get this good at the game
@@stratum7634 That was not the point. Look at some insane nether entry times with wood. They are faster than that. And if there was an island anyway he would waste like max 20 seconds (+20s is not the best case scenario), so even if the island was relatively far I would argue it would still be sub6 if he remembers to grab wood.
@@juhiss912 "if better overworld and better nether and better endgame it would be sub 6" what is the point of even saying this if you're just going to imagine every split of the run more optimized? you could say that about literally every run ever
This is the man that will beat the "impossible" minecraft 1.16 speedrun record.. Mark my words. Aint seen no one at Crookst's speed. All he needs is a bit of luck and this man will be unbeaten
imagine getting blinding into the portal room on this run… you have almost shattered the record multiple times crookst, it won’t be too long until you dominate the category
If you get a 1:00 nether entry into a bastion, get a 1:00 bastion split and get into the fortress at 2:15, have a 30 second fortress split and blind travel at 3:00 into the portal room or above an ocean exposed one, enter the end at 4:00, and get an instant perch with a 1:00 second end fight, adding one minute of human error, we get to a rsg time of 6:00! If you get a seed like this but, the portal room is at perfect cords, a 7:00 minute run is possible
Divining into the stronghold is a nearly feasible way to pull off in a real run, and if crookst was in the condition of HITTING 6 FOR 6 rods, and also remembered to spend 10 seconds to MINE WOODs in the warped forest, with the FORTRESS LOCATION is also exactly, prefectly coincided at the divine coords.... We could even have seen a MID 5 RSG completed by him, the goat, Crookst, but he has left the MCSR community for school stuff now, I hope his inactivity is temporarily!!
