I can’t believe how fast she does this (every morning?!) and how easy she makes it look! How she just knows how to make everything! Wow! Sushi before work? That would be like a Sunday afternoon full project for me!
Well a lot learn to cook from a young age already ( im not referring this to only asian familys , even though i come from a Indian-Thai-Chinese mixed family who lives in thailand , and so i just know more about several south to southeast & east asian cultures ) , some white / latin-american women i know do the same every morning ,just that they way they do it obviously looks different etc (dont know if its a thing in non asian cultures , just stating that the few i know are not very different )
Second what MXD-Asian said. I don't do this kind of thing in the morning, but I've made sushi, meatloaf, pot roast, fried chicken, and lots of other 'bigger' meals just for an average weekday dinner. It doesn't take me anywhere near as long as it would take 10 years ago. Meals that I struggled with as a teenager for time and method are now downright effortless just because I cook daily. It's just a matter of practice and improvement.

I LOVE onion rings and I LOVE tempura, but never thought to combine them. It's so genius! I have to go make that now, thank you so much. Edit: I made it and promptly ate half an onion's worth. I had some with ranch and then put some in a ham sandwich, it was bomb both ways. 👌

It’s really not that difficult if you plan for the week ahead before you go out to the grocery store. That’s what I do. I sit down with my little brother and we discuss what we feel like eating for the week, what cravings we have etc. and then we go shopping for the stuff we need.
@@MkzMary Oh, you would hate living in Churchill, Manitoba. We had to order our food for the annual sealift. Yes, please order the amount of food you want/need for an entire year. WHAT? How much __fillin the blank__ do you use a year? That was an interesting learning curve. Also, if you transpose just one number on the order sheet you don't get your Tide Detergent but Lime Kool-Aid. What do you do with a life-time supply of Lime Kool-Aid?

I just found this channel/series and have been bingeing it and I finally figured out why exactly I enjoy it so much. 1st: I enjoy cooking shows 2nd: I enjoy the music it is reminiscent of "going on an adventure" mixed with "kinda like a video game". ........ Ok WOW I went on a rant... But point is final score 15/10!!!!! P.S. I'm going to spam this to the other videos too, that was way too long to only comment once.
