Hi sophia :) i think ive had piriformis syndrome for over 4 years now. Im a very active person. When it furst started my whole left hip was on fire. Now i can usually pinpoint the deep pain in a certain spot. Ive tried rest and it actually seems to make it worse. I strengthen muscles around it. But i feel these 4 exercises have made a difference. I should say ive also tried acupuncture, massage, pt. Got mri and xrays done to make sure bothing is wrong with the spine or pelvis. How often should i do these exercises? And is there anything i could add?
