@@sabraeast You know and I know the vast majority of women getting cosmetic surgery are not in the groups you mentioned. Also, why would anyone get medical services from a quack? OH WAIT! Let me guess everyone that went to this "clinic" saw the ad on the wall of the local dive bar.
