That's such a dope idea! I'd love to see actual art of that! It can be a male female counterpart. The Hummfibian can be purely female line who are like nurses and are more bulky and slow, like a Chansey or Alomomola taking care of eggs and other Pokémon. Maybe it can have Life Dew and Floral Healing etc. Ability Healer or Regenator makes sense. As for the spider, I think Gargantula sounds a lot like Galvantula. My suggestion would be Tarantitan or Titantula, like it's a big titan. Its design could be based on club bouncers and typical bodyguard stereotypes, hence exclusively male. Maybe it can steal Obstruct from Obstagoon and other defensive moves. It can be a slightly more bulky version of Durant since no Bug/Steel can be as good as Scizor. Man I really wanna see art of these guys! They're such good ideas!

oh they'd need abilities/move sets best designed for double battles for sure, maybe Gargantula has an advantage against pokemon bigger than it and Hummphibian against pokemon smaller than it?

@@iantaakalla8180 Indeed. I read a post regarding Charizard as a Dragon Mimic making some sense- trainers would mistake it for a Dragonite and mistakingly use ice-type attacks on it.

I love the dynamic of your Pokemon ... are they coming to the Mazah Region dex tho ? They feel like a perfekt fit for a Version specific Pokemon duo. (Where ones is only found in one game and you'd have to trade with a friend to get the other) (But you might not want to include them becouse this video is not on your main channel wich would be understandable)

Yeah, I was like "You're new to this? You're drawing more Pokémon-like Fakemons than people that did that for the past five years!" Awesome :)

But the the thing is I think that they both differ in the first syllable (Rhy and Ser) While Deceptile phonetically contains Sceptile I'm gonna make an example if ther was a pokemon called Breezard i wouldn't have an issue, but if there was a pokemon called Pancharizard that would pe an issue

@@giampiras Yeah, but deceptile comes from "deception", while sceptile doesn't. So phonetically it's the same, but obviously not when you look at the inspiration, so your Pancharizard example doesn't work, because Charizard is just its own thing. Rhy&Se+perior works the same as Dece+Sce+ptile because the first half comes from a different word, even if it sounds the same.

I’m not sure the Karrablast and Shelmet thing really makes sense but I agree that the concept of hybrid Pokémon is really cool and could be a gimmick on par with regional variants. When I say “hybrids” I don’t mean like Pokémon fusions but instead new unique Pokémon with their own concepts that would logically come from breeding the parent Pokémon, much like the Illuna-Imorel-Cordysect dynamic in this video.

Very Unique concept for pokemon, get a brand new pokemon that's both familiar yet, new and different. Though other games also do have something similar to this like Digimon or SMT.

The shoulder joint is well-developed, but the radius and ulna are so truncated they can't move and are basically part of the wrist.

A trait can be both vestigial and still have a purpose, take the reduced hind limbs of whales that support them during mating! A loss of function doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t gain a new one
