UPDATED Since making this video, the Tarte product is increasingly hard to find. Here is another option I've tried recently and LOVE it. It lasts for more than one day and is waterproof. I do recommend the brush they offer for a flawless application.

Since recording this video, the Tarte product is very hard to find. They may have stopped making it. I recently tried a product I’m absolutely loving. It’s the Westmore Beauty Body Perfector. It last for days, it’s gorgeous and waterproof. So so so good. Here’s a link amzn.to/41PooY4

Thank you. Have you tried more than one shade from this line? As a fair skinned person, would you say my legs would look much darker than the rest of me if using the shade you linked to and only applying to my legs? (I miss the days of pantyhose!)

We just need to bring back the pantyhose. I’m 54 and pale and self tanners are gross and messy for me, the Sally air brush was orange , thinking of trying this one. It’s a pretty big bill to lay down. I’m totally serious of I have a formal event to go to I will be wearing my pantyhose!!!! Look at the money we are spending ladies on trial and error products. Let’s bring back the hose

Ive seen alot of comments about the hose so I just wanted to say that they are totally having a moment right now. They are in the fashion magazines and had been spotted in several of the spring and summer runway shows. Also the colored hose and tights are one of the big trend perdictions for the fall wi ter season also. So go ahead and grab your hose girls. I feel like once the you ger laides see how much sexier their legs are in hose that it will stick arou d for a while

I love using SELF TANNERS & have used many different ones but also wanted to try a body makeup. So I recently bought both the SALLY HANSEN AIR BRUSH LEGS lotion & spray in their darkest colors of DEEP & TAN GLOW. i didn’t think either one of them were orange at all. The coverage was good & application was easy. There was a slight transfer of color to my clothes but it washed right out. I’ll be using them in addition to my self tanning routine now.

I think the Sally Hansen products are great! I've been using them for years. I personally prefer the sprays over the lotions. Truth be told, the light colors are a bit orange (my friend tried it after I told her my secret, and wasn't thrilled either) but I generally don't think the darker colors are that way. So, I think it's a decent option for folks with a bit darker complection.

I have the same. If you buy one of those IPL hair removal light devices, one of the things they're used for is to fade spider veins.

Thank you for this! I just found you today. I am going to a football game and tailgate on really hot humid south Louisiana this Saturday. I want wear white shorts and a team T. I want some color and a bit of coverage-water resistant is a must because of sweat and possibly rain. Boy, it was so easy when we could wear hose ….ugh (wouldn’t wear with shorts of course lol! ). Fashion is mostly designed for teens and twenty somethings. I hit like and subscribe with notifications. I’ll check out more of your videos!

You may want to try a face mist. I’ve been hearing good things about L’Oreal Sublime Bronze products. Also there are products that are drops to add to your moisturizer before bed. I’ve done that and loved the results. Hope all that helps. Thank you so much for being here.

The older Sally Hansen liquid stockings in the spray bottle was pretty good. Don't know if they still make it but you do need to wear gloves. Dermablend makes a good one as well for serious scars and discolorations. I'd suggest before you put on leg makeup moisturize first. Maybe put on a sunscreen first??

No. They do look tan though. The Sally Hansen looked gold. That was not my favorite

Excellent video, Dawn! I bought the Tarte Shape Tape body makeup last year after you recommended it. I find it goes on looking a little orangey at first, but as I rub it in the color (I use Light too) becomes more realistic. It does not look at all orange when I’m done. Do you notice a difference between the textures of the Tarte vs the IT? Also, does the bronzer have a shimmer? Thanks!

I like the Tarte a little better than IT. Yes there’s a little shimmer in the Tarte Bronzer but not a lot. It’s not too much. Hope that helps. Thank you so much for being here.

If you want to have color stay on you’ll need a self Tanner. Here’s a product I’m loving right now for gradual tan and instant color. The smell is odd but it’s so easy to work with amzn.to/43wxHxy

I disagree. I don’t think she talks too much in the beginning like you mentioned. Most of us enjoy hearing what she has to say and her pleasant personality. I just found her today and loved her and all she had to say so much that I immediately subscribed to her channel. There are definitely women with channels out there that talk way more than a lot of us want to hear, but I do not think she is one of them. Just saying. 😊
