even if there is 10000 sqfeet home, our indian architects don't give kitchen size more than 8 x 8 feet. Real hardwork goes in Kitchen but it will be given least priority especially Indian cooking needs lots of space .
In many home in mumbai there is dedicated separate space for poja room but not all properties belong to people who pray so there are properties which does not have dedicated space for poja @@rajeshtelang4910

A bungalow means a building with rock solid granite or rebar building, carpet area AT LEAST 2000 sqft., front lawn, porch, backyard, parking for at least 2 SUVs, and a driveway - albeit a small one. Like Lodha Maison Townhome @ Rs 35cr in Worli or Basera at Bandstand. In other news - so many ppl like Virat Kohli, Ashish Kacholia, and Nevile Norhona (all worth 500cr+) live in bldgs because maintenance (lawns, parapet, water, power, conveyance) and security are taken care of and you can alway socialise in a restricted setting.

In other news - even guys like Ashish Kacholia, Navil Norhona, Virat Kohli (these guys are worth well over 500cr) live in apartment buildings because there are no municipal hassles and everything from maintenance, security and event management is taken care of by society mgmt. You can also socialise with neighbors in a well regulated setting. Some of these buildings also have top-class amenities like olympic size pool, badminton/LT court which would cost you as much as 15 cr in the city. Of course, if you are a billionaire - different story.
