Luxury is to not be under the burden of debt. Have your own grown vegetables on the table. Well ventilated house that has the most purest air. Where sun and not the dryer gets the moisture away from the clothes.

Luxury in my point of view is : Uninterrupted sea view along with parallel road. Duplex apartment beyond 50 floor. Should have view areoplane landing and take off. A big big wrap around terrece. A stand alone eco-friendly building. Most important per floor 1 flat. And negotiable rate 😂😂 ❤️❤️🔥🔥

Your point is valid but I don't completely agree Sagar. The water was running for 3 - 5 seconds. I am a Mumbaikar and know the value of water especially when I see thousands of slum dwellers struggling to get fresh and clean water everyday. I also feel the pain living in Mumbai when every few years there is always a shortage of water in Mumbai. It's a thin line. I hope you understand.

Because flat is gargantuan, well furnished with majestic amenities. Actually I belong to lower middle class background & this kind of house is dream for me that's why i did this mistake.
