Such open spaces! Love it! Not a fan of the Jack & Jill bathroom, mainly because I'd be terrified that someone would try to get in from the other side while I was on the toliet, and knowing me I'd definitely forget to check both doors were locked
We viewed this estate and loved the properties however was put off by the industrial estate being built right next door and the dual carriage way that runs next to it, great house though.
I live next to a busy dual carriageway and I don’t hear a single thing when I have my windows closed. When open it’s not unbearably loud. If you have the tv on you don’t notice it
Spacious kitchen but tiny fridge freezer Would prefer American style one. I wonder if the kitchen design can be changed when reserving your plot to accommodate such preference?
Sorry, don’t like the stair, it’s narrow and not practical. It would have been a deal breaker for me as I’m struggling in my current London house not being able to bring ANY furniture upstairs
