I know everyone pounds down the thick part of the chicken breast but I actually slice it horizontally thereby having an additional, though smaller chicken breast that I use in other recipes. It works well when cooking for 1 person and saves money too

I never thought of poking holes in the chicken breast to aid in marinating the meat. Great idea, I will definitely be doing that. Thanks for sharing.

Just use the same recipes, it’s an air fryer, I’ve got a speedi, I’ve never used my normal oven since I got my speedi last April, I love the air fryer so much I’ve also bought a smaller Corsori and love that as well, I just needed extra room. You can use any recipe you like it doesn’t have to be for a certain air fryer, just put the speedi on air fryer mode.

Fish is really very good and salmon, cooks in 8 minutes in my Corsori it has a set button, that’s already set, these times seem long to me, mine cook much quicker.
