Here are my 4 best cardboard jets experiments that use matchsticks as a power source. The top speed was about 2.5 m/s. I hope you like the experiment. Thanks...
But like the very first part of the vid was fake right? I dont think matchsticks produce such a linear and directed thrust, and not close to even pushing a whole box filled with the sticks
@@crispyrice9442 "hey guys before we carry on this video let me talk about our sponsor matches it makes life so much more fun i would 100% recommend doing what i do in this video"
In the space there is no air, it will be impossible to matches get burn in space, you need a lot of years to go to mars with the fuel we have in actuality, and if somehow you make matches burn in space, you will need more than thousands and thousand of years to go mars (you might need a lot more time that some thousands of years) and the crew will die in middle of the flight. What I’m meaning is that it is IMPOSIBLE
@@EnriqueCastroRios I don't understand if you are smart or absolutely foolish, because I don't know if you realise the humour and sarcasm in my comment.
@SyLe thanks, then you see, with matches it will take to much time, other thing is that they wont be able to take the necessary food for eat, it will be to much weight, and cardboard will freeze in space. Is imposible man
I kind of feel like you would have to be good at like measuring parts and making stuff to make the cars and trucks in this video, and you must have a lot of money and time to get all of those matches and then make giant like 1 feet to 2 feet tall sculptures
@@HarithIzzuddin-gd7nd ok then go ahead and try the paper airplane thing which he did. Simple to do right or better yet try the matchbox one. I am pretty sure it won't go that fast. I appreciate the craftsmanship though.
Thats how jet engine works. Burning fuel and giving only one direction for hot gases to exit (in the back) which accelerates vehicle in the opposite direction.
would the jet fly farther or just squishes it self to the ground if the hole would be like 20-25mm is diameter it might be hard to shove all does matches in but it is worth a try just use 1engine first just in case it blows up or fails to push itself
overusing slow-mo kinda ruins the purpose of the video. I can't tell how fast it's traveling. Seriously, it would be nice if you stop rewinding video and stop using slow-mo too much.
Legit i was thinking that, its frikkin annoying when he slowmo's the vid and then rewind at unecessary parts.. its like as if he wants to rewind and edit it according to the beat to make the video look sick, but its seriously the opposite of that. Plus, this video would've been 2-3 mins if he didnt do those unecessary effects that much im sure.
I think it's because his personal fascination is with the jet plumes and the ferocity and evolution of the combustion and not the acceleration. I think the performance of the vehicles is really lack luster and takes away from the coolness. I mean look at the way the jet immediately nose dives off the ramp lol.
It’s because it never gets all that fast. The jet never got airborne. You set it just plop off the end of the runway. The slow motion shows the force of the jet just blowing out its fuel before fully combusting. There isn’t as much propulsion as you might otherwise think.
Well, now we know what powers the Batmobile: 80 gazillion matches! Seriously though I'm beyond impressed that you had the skills to build all this stuff. The results were just jaw-dropping.

I really love your videos :D And i have some better idea to enhance power of the engines in videos. I think if you make size of holes more smaller the engine will be much more powerful than now!
I think that you should reevaluate your assessment there without the last word of the sentence P/S who the fuck cuts cardboard with a knife? Cause all I'm thinking is the 🔪 knife and not the utility knife
