Greater Himalayan National Park day trek from Ghushaini in Tirtan Valley also has lots of Rhododendron trees and it is almost a walk through a forest along Tirthan river, Apt for those looking for easy trek/walk.

Very good information. Pl mention the names of places where rhododendron blooms in February.

Unfortunately, February is too early in the year for rhodos. It's still winter, so most of the trees are withered. Mid March is when they start blooming.
