True, but they do. They don't care and it's why they continue. The CREATOR is just. In the CREATOR'S time, every evildoers will meet His just consequence and it will be worse than the evil they chose to commit against another, especially ppl in superior positions who are expected to serve and protect.
Unfortunately they just go down the road and get hired by another agency because they don't seem to care whether they hire bad cops or not once they're in they're in the club and they get to stay in regardless of what they do
We all know that they go from one precinct to the other to protect each other, and they will go to another state just to commit more crimes under the badge. The FBI the doj and internal affairs all need to investigate every department across the United States
Look at all felons that get released without any punishment. The judges just give probation to people who are really commit serious crimes. So I really want your answer to how this can be fixed. Because they’re kinda the same issue.
Kicking a prisoner thats down after tasing is felony assault but i bet nothing happens to this officer other than being let go. Thats the problem with law enforcement, they dont charge bad cops very often.
What did he say exactly to make the guy attack him? I keep trying to figure out what he said to his girl. But you're right about cops not being held accountable.
That has to stop. When an officer breaks the law, they must be held accountable. Firing is not enough when a cop breaks the law. When a department doesn't punish a bad cop, the whole chain of command needs to be held responsible, up to and including prison time. I support law enforcement as long as they live under the same laws. I'm sickened by the term blue falcon being used when a good cop reports a bad cop. No one should protect someone who breaks the law. This happened to a friend of mine who reported an officer abusing his power. His boss sided with the bad cop. This can not be allowed to continue.
Sad thing is, they don’t care about cameras & judges are still convicting people to side w police despite video evidence. They’re all a part of the corruption! Good ones are rare & usually bullied/threatened out of their positions!
Thomas caygle was sentenced to 60 days in jail for this incident, yet was found not guilty of aggrivated assault (even though witnesses stated that he was trying to fight multiple people, including children, and when the dad said to get away he said he had a gun.. sure, not aggrevated at all.... -.-
Me too, it's so hard to be black. I am fed up watching these videos, black people being brutalised in America every single day. I have to ask myself this question: Is it only black people living in America
Same here. It seems the PD's hire and "train" the same kind of people all over the country. These moronic cops are given a license to bully people. I too get so damn mad cause nothing seems to change.
That really broke my heart thats crazy these things never hapend in my country when i see this kind of things i become greatful for being algerian that never hapend and when i tell you we dont have bodycams so its earsier to do what ever the cop want without consiquences but ive never heard of anything like that😢😢😢
A drunk cop intentionally pins a guy with his truck and the rest of the bacon brigade shows up and gives him a nice conversation like it's no big deal when anyone of us would have been tazed and dragged out of the vehicle, corrupt clowns, every last one of them judge included
I was thinking the same when there just like " you know how it is man" " o your under arest cuz of the test ya know?" But you know cop buddys and all that
QA is only valid in civil suits. If the DA's and Prosecutors did their job properly these officers would have to face relevant criminal proceedings which QA is not available. Anyone else would still be charged with criminal offences even if fired
More “Officers” belong in prison than “Regular Civilians” sadly. Luckily in my small town I haven’t personally had issues but I definitely have in others!
I love it when karma catches up to them for a career of abuse and... they... lose... certification... the best part of it would be if they are banned from LEO career ever again anywhere in the States. Its rare, but it does happen to the especially egregious cases.. nice vid. thumbs up and subbed~!
That second cop, Levi, I believe. He just looks like he would be on a power trip. The receding hairline, the glasses, chubby face. He's probably mad at the world, so he takes it out on everyone else. Probably picked on his entire life.
More training and Professional Counseling? WHY? What's the end goal do U expect. They a herion user becomes an addict because they keep chasing that first high, so that means they loved that feeling and they have enablers that gives money, same thing with cops and their enablers are everyone making excuses, praising even when knowing the behavior is wrong. Cops don't wanna change, they love it
and the judge is complicit,, finding his fellow gang member not guilty of crushing the guys legs. That judge is just as dirty, a total disgrace to his country. Thats why that cop does things like crushing peoploes legs with his car. Because he knows there wont be any consequences. and the judge finds him not guilty because he knows there will be no consequences. and on and on it goes.
The 2nd clip really pissed me off. The chick accuses all the officers of being racist, calls them every name in the book, tries escaping multiple times, then intentionally flops herself onto the floor of the cruiser and starts crying about it. That officer should have been reprimanded for sure but I don't blame him 1 not for letting her sit in the position she put HERSELF in
Look up the Randy Cox case from New Haven, Ct. The police paralyzed him. Putnhim the back of a patty wagon with no safty belt or restraint. Broke his neck. Shit was so sad.
bro that cop rammed that dudes legs, pinning him to a car, and didn't even get with a DUI or attempted homicide. Guess I should sign up to be a cop, I just get away with attempted murder. I just lose my job and move to a different county to get re-hired.
@user-gx2yy1df6f No just someone who Sees it for what it is!!! Nobody blames an Air Hostess for the Delusional occupants that Try to *OPEN AN INFLIGHT DOOR* of an Aeroplane!!! And as for *SAFE* Position......It's a Copper NOT a Paramedic "No Recovery Position" to be fount here!!🤣😂
These police have obvious contempt for the citizens. Therefore, they have no business being on the job!!! Find something else to do and stop terrorizing citizens because you have hatred for the community you are supposed to serve. Do something else where people aren’t involved.
1. Always record the police. 2. Always get their names and badge numbers. 3. Always ask, "Am I free to leave?" 4. Always ask for a supervisor. 5. Always remember you have the right to disobey an unlawful order from the police if you are confident they won't be able to demonstrate in court that the order was warranted and made necessary by your conduct. An arrest following refusal to obey an unwarranted police order is unlawful. 6. Always remember you have the right to refuse to identify yourself if you're confident that the police won't be able to demonstrate in court reasonable suspicion of your involvement in a crime; otherwise, provide your full name and nothing more, especially if threatened with arrest. 7. Always tell the cops, "I don't consent to any searches or seizures, and I won't answer questions." 8. Always remain calm. Trigger happy cops are easily startled. 9. Never resist arrest! Unless you can do so safely and have a valid reason like: self defense or defense of others, unlawful arrest, excessive force, necessity, mistake of fact, duress or coercion, malicious prosecution, preventing a crime, protecting property, medical emergency etc. 10. Always get a lawyer and sue when your rights are violated, targeting individual officers and their department or municipality. Holding officers accountable removes those unfit for duty, while suing the institution can drive policy change. For drivers, prepare the following statement in print or writing to provide to the police along with license, registration and proof of insurance: *WARNING OF LEGAL ACTION FOR RIGHTS VIOLATIONS* During our interaction, I wish to assert my rights as follows: Under the Fourth Amendment, I decline any searches or seizures. Additionally, in accordance with the Fifth Amendment, I affirm my right to remain silent. The 2015 SCOTUS ruling in Rodriguez v. US established that a seizure justified solely by a traffic violation "becomes unlawful if it is prolonged beyond the time reasonably required to complete the mission" of issuing a ticket. I understand that a routine traffic stop may escalate if the police suspect wrongdoing. In such cases, I assert that I'm not obliged to prove my innocence. Any abuse or confusion leading to an arrest will result in legal action to protect my rights and hold responsible parties accountable, including individual officers and their department or municipality. For safety precautions, I'll keep my hands visible on the steering wheel, briefly crack the window to exchange documents, and promptly close it shut. I refuse to obey the order to step out of the vehicle as I consider it unlawful because it is both unwarranted and not made necessary by my conduct. My freedoms don't end where your fears begin. However, I will exit the vehicle if you place me under arrest. I expect you to respect my rights, as per your oath to uphold the Constitution. Sincerely, [Your Name] -------------------------------------------- *QUALIFIED IMMUNITY* Qualified immunity is a legal doctrine that shields government officials, including law enforcement officers, from civil liability for actions performed within their official capacity, as long as those actions do not violate "clearly established" constitutional rights. However, there are certain circumstances where qualified immunity might not protect police officers: 1. **Violation of Clearly Established Law**: If a police officer violates a constitutional right that has been clearly established by existing case law, qualified immunity may not apply. In such cases, the court determines whether the law was clearly established at the time of the alleged violation. 2. **Excessive Use of Force**: If a police officer uses excessive force in violation of the Fourth Amendment's prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures, qualified immunity may not shield them from liability. Courts examine the specific circumstances of each case to determine whether the force used was objectively reasonable. 3. **Malicious Conduct**: Qualified immunity does not protect officers who engage in malicious conduct or who knowingly violate the law. If it can be shown that an officer acted with malicious intent or deliberately disregarded someone's constitutional rights, they may not be entitled to qualified immunity. 4. **Gross Negligence**: In cases where an officer's conduct demonstrates gross negligence or reckless disregard for the rights of others, qualified immunity might not apply. Courts may find that such conduct goes beyond the scope of official duties and therefore does not merit immunity. 5. **Violation of Clearly Established Policies or Procedures**: If a police officer violates departmental policies or procedures, which are designed to protect individuals' rights, qualified immunity may not shield them from liability. Adherence to departmental protocols does not automatically grant immunity if those actions still violate constitutional rights. 6. **Lack of Subjective Reasonableness**: Even if an officer's actions are deemed objectively reasonable under the circumstances, if the officer's subjective intent is malicious or in bad faith, qualified immunity might not apply. In summary, while qualified immunity generally provides broad protection to law enforcement officers, there are exceptions when their actions violate clearly established constitutional rights, involve excessive force, demonstrate malicious intent, or exhibit gross negligence. Each case is evaluated based on its unique facts and circumstances. -------------------- _The text advocates for asserting rights during police encounters and holding law enforcement accountable. It emphasizes recording interactions, asking for identification, and seeking legal counsel. It challenges qualified immunity, highlighting exceptions where officers may be held liable for violating constitutional rights._ ‒ ChatGPT-3.5
Asking for a supervisor doesn't necessarily do you any good when their cut from the same cloth. You have to remember that supervisors were training officers and if the officer was trained to abuse people then the sergeant is probably as dirty as he is
Lol she was trying to escape clearly, thats just s.o.p, she sounds like she tries everything to get out of acting like a child and paying the price for it. Here is a crazy idea, just say nothing and if anything happens fight it in court. Not that hard to figure out.
The lady in the backseat looked like she intentionally slide off the seat, BUT he should’ve stopped and adjusted her. As for the cop in Utah…..he needed to lose his job and get punished!
Why would she do that?? How could she stop herself sliding around tied up like a hog?? What you can't see is how the cops were driving. Did they brake hard to force her onto the floor? Regardless, why didn't the cops stop and help her????
@@darrenconway8117 It could have been a delay tactic, because she didn’t want to go to jail. As to why the cop didn’t stop and adjust her….🤷🏼♀️ he should’ve.
@@dnache7553 Even if that was true, why didn't the cop help her when they got to jail. She had no control over her movements. It was just appalling that they would tie her up that way. There was no possibility she could escape from the back of a cruiser without the hobbles. Just watch the video again.
@darrenconway8117 I agree. She was unnecessarily hogtied. If she tried to run, she likely would have fallen, but she would have together out of the car first. Additionally, they intentionally didn't place a seat belt on her for that 20 minutes of torture!
WTF???? Makes you question the recruitment policy of the clowns they hire to train and do this job. Takes a certain type of unhinged psychopath to think in this way🤔 🤔
First video: his partner should have been fired as well for not stopping the man from kicking him in the head or keeping his boot there after he was unconscious. Disgusting.
Gayle CRUSHED SOMEONE with his TRUCK.....twice? And got that flimsy tap on the wrist? No dui, no threatening civilians with violence, no abuse of badge off duty... Get the judge. These videos are SO GOOD. TYSM for exposing the bad few who make the countless good ALL LOOK BAD. NO WONDER EVERYONE DESPISE OR DON'T TRUST COPS.
Watching this from Europe and flummoxed how US law is enforced. Interaction with public makes them feel like criminals before any investigation. These clowns comes out with the now widely used lawful order - “sit on the curb or take a seat”. Just shows lack of respect making citizens round up like cattle or pets….. And that’s just the start
He’s kicking a man when he’s down in the head do you know many people have died because of that move right there this cop not only deserves to be fired but he needs to be arrested for assault!!!
Halfway through & all I'm doing is laughing at idiots who got what they deserved.. that lady got treated exactly how she treated the officer. Show respect, get respect. She wanted to scream & fight & try to escape. She clearly had absolutely no difficulty breathing with all the screaming & crying this "tough girl" was doing. I would have ignored her too. I'll bet she was high on something.
@@lakeedwards6408 Is there a link? Why would a cop go hands on with an innocent civilian? I am not going to say the cop deserved it, but perhaps the cops actions contributed. It seems to be far more common for cops to do a Judge Dredd on an innocent. The recent case of the cops "rescuing" a kidnapped girl into an early grave being just one of many examples.
Sorry granddaddy but this isn't 1974 😂 those standards are arbitrary and serve no function. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean anything, tough titty.
What them cops did to that young girl hogtied in the back of that car is Beyond Cruel. GOD SEES ALL. One day that cop will have to answer for this deed and all his other evil acts.
That woman in the backseat good grief that pissed me off, my God I couldn’t imagine being stuck and feeling the air leaving you. Horrible. I don’t care how annoying she was or anyone is, treat people like wild animals.
Vanessa Wilson… the Chief of Police for Aurora PD got fired too. She sucked and it got her fired. She wasn’t even fired for a specific thing… she just flat out got fired for being a terrible chief. Bye bye Vanessa.
