Sweetheart I would like to get the recipe for the rice that you mom is your husband's favorite ,by the way I. Love your recipes sorry I'm new in your channel thank you😊❤
I have used Jiffy Baking mix instead of Bisquick for over 50 years. Jiffy is less expensive and the results are the same. When making Bo Berry Biscuits, I throw in a bit more sugar. So yummy.
I have always loved Steven’s face when you knock it out of the park with a recipe, but your face when you love something is absolutely precious. Thanks for sharing.
Mandy, For those Cheddar Bay Biscuits, I add in 1 tsp of garlic powder into the biscuit mix and a little parsley. I then add garlic and parsley to butter to brush over the top. Also, I use my stand mixer to incorporate my sausage balls. Works perfectly. Use the dough hook. 🙌
love using bisquick in recipes , but take it from me the key to getting red lobster biscuits is a seasoning called ''old bay'' u need to add that maybe a tsp to the mix before baking you will get the red lobster version!!! had family that worked in red lobster ... and that is what she told me so give that a try next time u try it , and the blueberry ones reminded me of a scone ... so i will def be making them !!! bo jangles i think is mainly in the south , im in upstate ny and have never seen them here or anywhere in the north , so i think its a southern thing, we have kfc here for chicken ... great video Mandy , thx for sharing these recipes with us all ~~
@@suzettebavier4412- there are several flavors you could add, I do love lemon but also vanilla, rum, almond, coconut… you get it. And I certainly would enjoy lots of gaze on them. Yummmmmm
Ooohh! Great idea! I’ll try that next time I make mine! I make “triple berry BoBerry” sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Really good and I bet that lemon zest would be AMAZING! Thanks!
I just added a Broccoli Puff Recipe here in the comments , which is a Broccoli casserole with eggs that puffs up. You do not taste the eggs. It is one of our favorite bisquick recipes.
We have had the sausage balls. Delicious! Those blueberry biscuits look fabulous. Good for breakfast on the go! Who doesn’t love Red Lobster biscuits. More recipes please. Thanks Mandy
I love bisquick recipes!!! Just a suggestion when you have to mix up the sausage balls dump it all in a stand mixer it makes it so much easier. For the last 30 years I've been making the standard recipe for holiday breakfasts but going up to 5x each batch (my guys love them). I started making them and making the guys mix them up in ziplock bags but the mixer works faster and sometimes the bags bust especially when the gutta start horsing around and throwing them at each other lol.
Everything you made in this looked delicious to me! If you gave a Kitchen Aid mixer, you can put all the sausage ball ingredients in there so you don't have to mix by hand👐. Gracie was so cute in her cameos🐈
Hi Mandy! My Mama used to make something similar to the Burrito Casserole. She called it Tamale Pie. The only difference is she used a cornbread mix instead of the Bisquick. I can't wait to give this new one a try 👍 I love all of your videos :)
I would love your homemade taco seasoning recipe! If you have listed it before in a video, would you link it? Thanks. Love these recipes!! And Gracie Lou😻
Here in England we can get Bisquick but have always thought that it was just for pancakes. I'm converted so off to find a packet. I will try them all. I am looking forward to the Bo biscuits but I think my husband will enjoy both savoury recipes. Thinking of e -mailing a recipe for your stubby supper.xx
I also do my own red lobster biscuits, I do put garlic powder in my batter, then garlic salt ,butter and parsley and on top when the come out. I have made these for years, because I'm to cheap to buy the box mix. I think they taste better with my recipe, lol. Loved all the items you made today😋
I have my homemade Bisquik mix, so I'm raring to go. Love love love the look of that baked burrito casserole. You made some real yummy stuff this week Mandy, thank you xxx
FYI There's a product called Carbquick that works just like Bisquick with 16 carbs and 14 grams of fiber for anyone wanting to cut carbs and still use the Bisquick recipes. I love it. I think Walmart carries it now.
Mandy girl always coming up with the best recipes…………my list is huge from all that you make and I want to try!!! Oh and yours and Stevens faces after the red lobster biscuits……….you could tell how good they were.
Another great round of recipes especially the first 2 😄 By the way, whenever I know I'll need to use my hands to mix for meatballs or tortilla dough or anything, I use latex gloves (game changer 😉) that once on, I wash with soap just to make sure it's all clean and take the powder away 😊 I'll have to go back to your previous video since the bisquick mix recipe is not in the description box ...oups but it's ok 😉😁
Mandy! You have made this South Ga girls heart sing with those Bo biscuits 🥳💓 I cant wait to try them! Love all these recipes! Sausage balls are life! I make them the same way you did but in bulk. They freeze and reheat very well! Also, use your stand mixer to mix the sausage balls and an ice cream scoop to portion them for baking. :)
Mandy, I started putting gloves on to mix things, because I also hate mixing with my bare hands. I have a lot of gloves because change a bandage on husbands leg from a diabetic ulcer that he has had for over 7 years. That's love!!!
Must say, I've never heard of Bo jangles? Those blueberry biscuits would be amazing today, since we're have a huge snow storm here in Wisconsin. As to your burrito casserole, that is so similar to my famous taco dip! Would love for you to try it and make it. Much love from Wisconsin
Yeah but y’all have Culver’s in Wisconsin!!!! I’m in western NY but we traveled up through the UP and across Wisconsin several years back to go over to Montana and down to Yellowstone. We love Culver’s. We have a place here in Cuba, NY (where we live) called Cuba Cheese and they are famous for their cheese curd BUT we don’t batter and deep fry them in these parts.....but they are so yummy like that!!!
The boberry biscuits are a favorite here. My mother in law became very fond of them before she died, often requesting them, so they are associated with special memories. Nice to know we can try to make th at home. Thanks for all the great recipes!
Would love more Bisquick recipes, I have a box my daughter bought me and don't really no how to make it taste better. I wish I had blueberries those looked delish..I think I might try the casserole for dinner tonight and those cheddar biscuits sounded amazing as well, actually they all sound great 👍 thank you!❤️
SO CAL HERE, we are blessed our Walmart sells the Boxes Red Lobster Cheddar Cheese biscuit and seasoned biscuits. Loved the Bisquick version in a pinch. Thanks for all the great recipes. I have used So many of them for my family .
Thanks for the bisquick recipe ideas and I would love to see more. I always have a box leftover from the holidays and now I have ways to use it up. Can't wait to try all these recipes.
We just got a Bojangles here in Columbus Ohio in October and fell in love with them when I was stationed in North Carolina in the 80’s. Thanks for sharing
Yes. Please make more! I've been trying to come up with dinner ideas for almost 35 years and I'm tired of it. I am so glad I found your videos. Have made several of your recipes and they have been great. ❤️
I had the buttermilk this time and it was awesome!! And I had to use frozen blueberries, I just made sure they thawed in hot water then drained them really well and dabbed with a paper towel… my husband’s friend stopped by, I got a huge thumbs up.. thanks Mandy! And for the link! I took a screenshot and it worked out perfect, also remembered you added just a little more buttermilk 😄 I just did butter and orange marmalade, awesome!!!
I watch a lot of RU-vid channels. I like your ideas and I have shared your videos with so many! lol You and your husband are my favorites to watch. He is so funny but so honest and he explains it all so well..
Mandy I've had their berry biscuits and they are so good. Before I retired I would go by bojangles and get their sausage and biscuit and tea LARGE TEA. They have the best biscuits. I just wish they had one closer to me. I love watching you. I'm a new subscriber. I love your natural attitude. I love that hug your husband just gave you
Those blueberry biscuits look amazing. I think lots of lemon zest (2-3 T) and and about 1/8 cup lemon juice replacing some if the buttermilk would be amazing. And the glaze made with fresh squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar would add to the lemon/blueberry flavor. I'm big into fresh lemon right now. It add so much freshness and something special to jazz up an old recipe.
I ❤️your videos!! I watch them just for relaxation sometimes! Your family is just so easy going and fun to watch. You really saved my life when my mom was having hip replacement surgery and I moved in with her for a month to take care of her. Every other day I would pick one of your recipes and made it for us and she loved every single one of them!!!! Thank you. Your videos helped me so much!!!!!!
Oh thanks for sharing, I made those blueberry 🫐 biscuits this morning to go w/ our fruit salad, I added a splash of vanilla extract & a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon, so yummy
I made the burrito bake casserole. I had the ingredients and wanted dinner on the table quick. Thank you for the taco seasoning tip, worked out great. Thank you so much for sharing this quick easy recipe, it was really good, and my family was pleased. I put a salad with it and dinner was on the table in 30 min. Thanks again for sharing.
I tried the enchilada recipe. I didn’t have the bisquik but had a cornbread mix on hand. I substituted the one cup, added some taco seasoning to it just as you did. I also added green chilies to the ground beef. Super yummy!
Literally binge watching all your cooking vids!!! Girl, so glad I found your channel. These quick recipes are gonna be so great when I have to cook for the fam at the beach!! I'm pumped!!! Biscuits and crescent rolls here we come, LOL!!! If you ever get burned out on cooking you might consider doing make-up tutorials, your make-up always looks so great!!
Next time y'all go you ought to try asking for your boberries to be buttered first; next time for these I really really recommend a light brush of melted butter. (I worked there and that was how I liked it most). Love your recipes! I have learned A LOT from you.
Thankyou so much for the Bisquick recipe. Being from Australia l often find it impossible to make some of the recipes you post because l can't find the ingredients. Now l can with these and l can't wait to try these 😘❤
Hey Mandy, been watching for a little while and so enjoy your videos. Steven cracks me up but gracey lou just warms my heart. We had a siamese and pursion mix but she passed away two years ago at the young age of 20.
I made the BooBerry biscuits yesterday, added some vanilla to the glaze. We all loved them. Made the burrito bake tonight and it was yummy! I will definitely be making both of these again. Thanks!!
Mandy, these are just awesome. Thank you so much for sharing them! Your husband is an excellent food critic. He describes everything so well, is he a professional food critic? Yes, I would love to see more of this type of video, thank you again for sharing.
