So I’m stuck in Arkansas in a parking lot so while I’m here I’m binge watching all your videos and liking each one since apparently RU-vid has stopped notifying me of your videos for like months. Also, getting ideas for the next months meal prep calendar. Getting creative with how to translate some of these to plant based! Thank you guys for being such a great resource.

What's your choice to heat em up. Or do you eat it cold, because it's already cooked. Please give me n answer this meal prep looks amazing. But I can't imagine a warm warm avocado after some minutes in a microwave.

Just used this to make my chicken for my meal prep tomorrow but the chicken took a bit longer than 3 minutes is it because of the pan I’m using? I did 10 minutes on each side to be safe. Thanks for the helpful tips
So, it's okay to keep refrigrating food (such as rice), for let's say 7 days, as long as you don't open it? It won't reduce the protein (and other good things) inside the food? It won't make it goes bad? Please answer anyone who knows... I wanna try meal prep
