I bought injectors a long time ago from you. I did the Bosch EV4 yellow top upgrade for my 91 jeep. The yellow top injectors were from a for 5.0 mustang and had 4 hole pintles. As a kid that had no money you literally saved my fucking life dude. I can’t thank you enough.
I’m thinking about this as I see cracks in my 99 XJ injectors. And I’ve read all the comments and replies to them and I love your responses. The fact you take time to reply and not be a jerk speaks volumes. One dude would have sent most people over the edge but you handled it with grace and style! Awesome so far!
mounted them yesterday on my 2000 4 door limited XJ (23 lb type), result is great!!! runs smoother, starts much better, will monitor how much mpg i get out of these.
I'm interested in new injectors for my 97 Wrangler but someone did an engine swap at some point and I'm not certain what year engine it is. Anyhow, is there away to identify the injectors that are currently in my jeep?
Hi there, was just curious if you sell injectors for my (FEB)1993 ZJ I6 4.0? I'm assuming that everything is still stock as in injectors also. It has just over 200k on it. I would like to upgrade to the 4 hole. If you do sell them for my application, can you tell me if their new or rebuilt (cleaned, etc.) & what type of injector and description about them? Thx much for your time & info..
@@InjectorRehab already ordered your 23lb 4 holes so doesn’t really matter now, I’ve just seen some 4 and 12 hole options available from Ksuspensions and was curious if you had done any testing on 12 hole variants vs 4. Will be installing in 04 4.0 jeep.
Finally got my set installed, 99 WJ 251k miles, the difference in idle quality is worth it alone. I always track milage so if it improves a bit that will be a bonus. Thanks again...
Currently sitting at 254k miles, milage improved a tick but it's always been up and down, city driving is always bad. But still worth every penny, the Jeep is a 4.0l, got the 23 lbs injectors.
Probably best to ask questions like that directly to us through our website. There are definitely 98 versions on there. But yes you could use 99 plus with adapters also found on the website. But again contact us through the website
@@xxjoseneilxxIDK what you searched, but the definitely are on there. Not only are they on there, there is also a link to pre-99 in the description of this video. injector-rehab.com/product/87-98-jeep-4-0-upgrade-19lb-set-6-copy/
Yes they have new o-rings. As with any application, changing injectors is not going to add horsepower. It may allow you to make more horsepower but simply changing injectors does not add horsepower
Living in California. I would be really concerned about being able to pass smog. With these things on there, they're obviously brightly. Colored a smog tech will notice them for sure i have a 93wrangler YJ with a 2.5 l in line 4.
@@InjectorRehab That’s odd. My 06 has single pintle injectors. Possibly because it is a right hand drive model? It may also be possible the previous owner had replaced them with the incorrect injectors.
can you explain for me the added value of the increased pressure injectors, I would guess that you get a better burn or combustion consumption of your fuel which would mean more on demand power, what I'm wondering really is does this mean you will see an increase in fuel economy?
@@cajunwoodworker5231 that is referring to the size of the Injectors. Injectors are rated at either a lb/hr rating or cc/min. Have a look on our website under the knowledgeable section. There is so much information there. You can spend hours learning about fuel injectors.
I guess I just don't understand how fuel atomization works... because from this video, it clearly looks the opposite of what you say... The factory injectors are misting evenly throughout the cylindrical chamber, while with the others you can clearly see the "stream" of fuel. Could you please explain why this is so?
I tried to email through your website but it said there was an error and to contact later. I’m looking for a link for a set of these for my wrangler 2004 TJ Sport 4.0.
@@InjectorRehab I was going to ask a similar question about the Jeep injectors as far as what flow rate to buy the 19lb flow rate or 23lb my Jeeps a 99 off road setup I’m working on upgrading spark & fuel delivery for reliability more then performance I guess you could say though performance increases are absolutely welcome 😆 I don’t have the cats my muffler is a flow master & I guess you could say it has a cai since the factory air box is gone & everything is replaced with a snorkel setup so I don’t suck in water which I guess is a version of a cold air setup since I’m definitely not sucking in hot engine air any longer I’m going to say the 23lb 4-hole injectors are probably what I would want to buy correct? Eventually I’ll add a 62mm throttle body for some additional air in to go along with the head intake & exhaust that was all cleaned up & gasket matched as well for a little extra help in the performance department
@@nathanmccumber8965 You can use 23. You're just going to need different electrical connectors. Yes, they're on our website if you use the search button . If you want to continue talking about it, contact us through a website. We don't use RU-vid as a form of communication.
