Many years ago, an Oil Company used the best slogan I've ever heard: "The Economy of Quality" -- after that message sunk in, I NEVER buy anything by it's price alone.

Good note. I guess I wasn’t thinking that far ahead. We already categorize each model in separate years on the site, so didn’t even think to mention it. Was just doing a visual representation of what’s good and what’s not

As far as the mist pattern, 4’s were better. Check out our dyno video, shows the output differences in the different injectors as well. Each has its own purpose for different builds

Those Chinese injectors are NOT made by Bosch -- they are counterfeits -- made to LOOK LIKE the real Bosch/Ford injector design.

@@SlikLizrd kinda figured that when all 6 were stuffed into one Bosch box. k suspension injectors are the real deal. I'm now getting 17mpg with 280k miles of fun on my ticker

@@wesleypainter2657 I'll take your word, Wes -- The famous 95 MERC has the Bosch/Ford 19 lb/hr injectors from the '98-up models -- the early ones have big, fat metal bodies that act as heat sinks. No Bueno! The '98-up ones are slender, without that damned heat sink. MUCH better here in the desert heat.

OEM JEEP fuel injectors are 19 lbs/hr, 1-port type. Your JEEP performs best with the Bosch/Ford, 19 lbs/hr, 4-Port injectors. The 12-holers are all the 24 lbs/hr type -- too big -- that's why they ain't OEM.

No they do not. and multiport will be a better option over the single port OEM design.

NO. More holes doesn't mean more gas. The JEEP 4.0 and the FOMOCO 4.6 2v use exactly the same 19 lbs/hr injectors. The early models with the fat metal bodies would often boil the fuel while on the trail. The Bosch/Ford injectors from the '98 4.6-liter FOMOCO engines have the newer, slim design that runs much cooler and doesn't boil the fuel under the heat of the desert. The '98-up Bosch/Ford (4-Hole) injectors are the perfect solution for your JEEP engine's smooth idling, grunt-crawling, and hill-climbing, too. NOTE: ALL of the 12-Holers are 24 lbs/hr -- TOO BIG -- your JEEP needs the 19 lb/hr, 4-Hole Bosch/Ford design for all-around best performance and economy. There are a multiple number of injectors that work. Between Ford, Chrysler, and Volvo units. All work great!

Your JEEP will perform best with the 4-Hole, Bosch/Ford fuel injector design. Best replacements for those fat-bodied early injectors = 4-Holers - OEM for '98 Panthers -- slim design looks cleaner -- NO large metal heat sink to boil your fuel while on the trail.

these injectors aren't anywhere near 2000cc, those would bleed this tester dry as well. that's a lot of fuel. These are 240cc injectors.

Hello, No, the 4port will not spray more fuel than the single port OE units

@@KSuspension okay in that cause since i keep getting the the 02 voltage hi rich condition I think the Chinese injectors are stuck open

Basically fuel injector cleaner for the flow tester. A special solvent for the ultrasonic

@@KSuspension can you say what adaptor is required for a 850cc injector type i dont know if i need a special adaptor for those because it really diferent non of my adaptors works?

I wish you would have emailed us with any issues so that we could fix it. We have a lifetime warranty on all our units and stand behind our work. Could be something super simple causing those issues. 4ports for more top end, 12ports for more bottom end, and either choice would be plug n play in your 04 TJ

injectors are stock replacements, rated at 19# at 43.5psi 3bar measurement.

@@KSuspension so do you guys offer a 12hole in a 19lb injector or just 24lb? I have the stock ones on my wj. Which is best for fuel economy?

@@pablomarquez4431 12ports are all 24#, economy is entirely based off driving habit and build type, but we have seen better results with the 12's

The ONE (1) and FOUR (4) port injectors for the JEEP 4.0 are flow-rated at 19 lbs/hr. The 12-port injectors are flow-rated at 24 lbs/hr, TOO BIG to work properly with the ECM. Go for the 4-Holers !!
